He listens to my questions / concerns and provides thoughtful responses. He also follows up with some really good question which make me think about various conditions I am dealing with. He includes me in medical decisions, taking the time to explain his thinking and reasoning, which really helps me feel comfortable about his recommendations. There have been a couple times where I have gone against his recommendation, and instead of being bothered by it, he has worked with me make sure my course of action was the best we could get it. And he never once said 'I told you so.' :) Keep up the great work Doctor.

I went to see Dr.Kim Llu ONLY to get my annual physicals done. I even told clearly the reason for my visit to the nurse. When Dr.Llu came in and started why I was getting my physicals done. When I told I’ve been experiencing low energy and mood swings lately and I want to check my vitals done, he made his notes such a way that went to see him for my low energy levels. I appreciate him getting into details, at one point he even started asking some personal questions like why did I relocate, etc., I thought that’s his style of handling patients. But In all of these, he missed to mention the very important point that I went to see him only for my annual physical exam. Based on his unnecessary detailed notes, the clinic has submitted a wrong claim to my insurance and now I’ve to pay a whole lot of money for all those annuals lab work…what a mess! I will never go to this provider for being very careless and causing unnecessary problems.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lui for quite a few years and always receive great care. We appreciate that he explains what ever the problem and solution is in clear, understandable terms. He always seems focused on you. He is not in a hurry; he's kind and caring. His assistant, Beth, put you at ease and is great at her job.

Dr Lui is so compassionate, takes time to listen and then explains everything so I understand what he is talking about!

So happy to have found Dr. Lui. He listens, explains, and is friendly. Beth, his medical asst. is super sweet and caring too. Dr. Lui and Beth both also have a great sense of humor.

So wonderful to have a doctor that genuinely listens and cares-- and he is quite funny. That's the best medicine. Super happy to have found Dr Lui!

Nobody likes going to the doctor but Dr. Lui makes it bearable. He's caring and knowledgeable, he also has a sense of humor.

Very thorough in his exam, I have always felt he goes the extra step on my behalf.
