Lisa Mulligan's Online Review Report Card

I had an excellent outcome with Dr. Mulligan and she didn't even need a second shot at it. She inserted a drainage tube through my right ear drum. She did this on her own in her examination office without anesthesia needing to be administered to me. An earlier specialist had failed at this and suggested surgery. I found her communication to be clear, accurate, and helpful. She was professionally competent and at the same time kind.

Waited forever for this apportionment. Dr did no biopsy, had poor too little suggestions and didn’t listen. Put me on a high dose of prednisone, scheduled and MRI for a month later and when questioned said I needed surgery if prednisone didn’t work. I went to another ENT that actually used a camera to look in my nose and found I had a bad nasal infection that she totally missed. He took biopsies to figure out the issue and gave medication and said the prednisone isn’t helping as it wasn’t. Dr mulligan needs to find a new job. I could have ended up with surgery due to her negligence. When I questioned her why she didn’t take biopsies she didn’t answer. She hasn’t answered. She is terrible doctor that you should definitely avoid at all costs.

I’ll never go to an ENT again who says it’s all in my head and says I should just live with the symptoms or go to a chiropractor, Neurologist, or get counseling. She won’t diagnose or review 15 year record of medical issues. I’m never going back or offering a referral.

Don't waste your time, she doesn't listen to the patient and ignores symptoms. Zero help provided in addition to inaccurate diagnosis.

My husband has had excellent care from Dr. Mulligan for many years, in particular her good touch with eliminating wax quickly and painlessly. He has tried two other ENTs closer to home, but now refuses to see anyone other than Dr. Mulligan.

I literally cannot thank Dr. Mulligan in ENT and the rest of the surgical team at the Kemp Surgery Center at the Everett Clinic enough! I only decided to get my deviated septum fixed after meeting Dr. Mulligan and feeling completely at ease with her. She helped rationalize and quell my anxieties. During my surgery experience I had the BEST team! Even when I burst into tears as I saw the operating table the sweet nurse literally wiped the tears off my face. I am a HUGE baby when it comes to medical stuff and have had horrible experiences in the past. My nose was an absolute mess and I am so HAPPY to finally be able to fully breath out of my nose. First time in my whole life!

Very happy, my husband doesn't wake up anymore because of my breathing racket, neither do I. I chose Dr. Mulligan because of her years of experience coupled with the fact she keeps up with current advances in her field of practice. I was given a quick diagnosis, questions answered, the procedure explained. The post op home care is not hard, but required diligence on my part and there are a lot of bits and pieces to be done and things not to do, I found this a bit overwhelming at times trying to remember everything, but always felt I could ask questions and did so to my satisfaction. Thank you, Dr. Mulligan and team.

Waited nearly 2 weeks to get an appt for my symptoms to be dismissed because my audiology test was fine. Dr. Mulligan seemed unknowledgeable or uninterested in finding the cause of my ear and throat pain. She simply gave me an RX for a stronger antibiotic, at my request, if my symptoms don't subside. Total waste of time and I wish I'd just gone to my PCP.

I was referring to the ENT at The Everett Clinic due to continued ear and throat pain for 2 weeks after taking antibiotics. Dr. Mulligan was over 30 minutes late to the room and then proceeded to dismiss my symptoms because my audiology test was normal. She talked over me and did nothing more than the walk-in clinic MD could have done which is prescribe a stronger antibiotic. She was not the least bit interested in helping find the cause of my ear pain. I'm thankful there were no signs of infection, but my time would have been better spend going to my PCP instead of waiting over a week for this. My experiences at The Everett Clinic have been less than desirable. Just say no!
