Dr. Hsu performed my cataract surgery about a year and a half ago . I got rid of my glasses except reading. She is very personable and professional . After surgery, I had some "floaters". I called Dr. Hsu. She had me come right in and in a matter of moments the "floaters" were gone. She is so friendly and fun, I told her I'd look at getting other eye problems, just to visit her and her staff. Mike Galbraith

Dr. Hsu did my cataract surgery and I have had nothing but problems with my eyes, particularly my left eye. When I go in to discuss my concerns she is dismissive and unhelpful. Most recently my eye swelled up and I had difficulty seeing. I will be changing doctors to try and get some resolution to my problems. I would not go back to the Everett Clinic.

I had cateract surgery by Dr. Hsu. She damaged my eye and didn't accept any responsibility for it. She only spends 2-3 minutes with her patients. She's totally into the number game $$ with her patients. She has no sincere feelings or care for her patients. I would strongly suggest to go to another optomologist for your surgery, you'll be much happier!
