I have massive dental anxiety and Anna is the absolute BEST dental hygienist !This was my first cleaning without nitrous oxide and it was pain free! Dr. Koontz is also so amazing that I will only see him even though he is out of network for our insurance. I have been seeing him for around 25 years now.

I had very intense tooth pain, I called North creek dentistry and they got me in the next day at 11:00! I was very grateful! The staff are super friendly and caring. Dr. Koontz had to extract my tooth and he was gentle and made me feel comfortable, his assistant let me squeeze her hand!! I wasn’t a fan of the dentist( like a lot of people,) now by going to North Creek and all the hospitality they gave me i have to say I don’t hate going anymore!! Thank you, Jennifer

I’ve been going to Dr. Koontz for many years. He does wonderful work. My tooth was aching and I thought he was going to have to pull it. He was able to fix the tooth and I am in absolutely no pain after the procedure and the next day, there is no pain as well. Wonderful wonderful Dentist.

The staff here are fantastic! I use a wheelchair so I really appreciate the patience and kindness they show me. The office is so well organized and scheduled the flow through the stages of care is effeciently maintained.

As someone with dental anxiety I had an excellent experience at North Creek Dental! Kimberly my hygienist and Dr. Conley took great care of me, answered my questions, and involved me in the choices and process of my care. Kimberly let me know each procedure as she performed them which really helped my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Conley was extremely kind and professional and gave great advice. The office is clean and cozy with great atmosphere and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this team to anyone, especially if you have anxiety! They will make you feel so supported and walk you through everything so you know what to expect. Thank you NCD! I’m looking forward to my next appointment 😁
