Very horrible customer service! My dad went several times coz his dentures don't fit well & needs to be fix. The person who dealt with my dad has HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! RUDE! They slammed the door to my dad! Very disrespectful. You better see a psychiatrist!!

I got a bill recently from this dental for my wife . I ask my wife what you do in there ? She said she was only asking how much to do the implant? Because they have promotional free consultation that time and that is 2 years ago. Now they bill me $156 . I tried to call them several time in business day and hour, but nobody picked up the phone and never got a call back. It's so strange and filled like another type of scam . Does anyone have a similar experience with us ? Please share yours.

I paid for a more expensive up graded denture. The fit was okay. One tooth broke and the lower denture broken half all within the first year and they charged me to repair it, totally unreasonable now I'm even wondering if I got the upgrade I paid for

I had the Good Fortune to go to Northwest dental and get my brand new dentures. From the very beginning Liz and Farzad we're just amazing. They walked me through the entire procedure so I would know what was going on throughout. When I got my dentures they were so beautiful! I couldn't stop smiling!! I've been back a few times to have them adjusted and have been treated so nicely. Thank you so much to Farzad and Liz for your professionalism and kindness throughout. I will highly recommend you to anyone I come across

Lower partial broke in half. Went to Northwest Dental. They were able to repair it and have it back in my possession, in what seemed like minutes. Partial now fits better then it did before it broke. Much appreciated
