List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
I had a very good experience in the ER, and I got appropriate care and I found that I was valued person. If one of my clients (I'm a homecare aide) needed ER care I would recommend these people!
Providence has saved my life!!! I’m so grateful for the wonderful people who have helped me and continue to help me!!🙏🏻
A hospital built by and for white supremacists. You will be confronted with someone armed with a gun as soon as you walk in. If you're not white, you will be profiled and harassed by staff and security. They have no problem harassing and lying to a dying granny and her family while trying to squeeze any extra cash outta the bill at the end. Providence Everett made the end of life process as traumatic as possible with the collusion of the charge nurse and security staff.
I would of put 0 stars if I could. Place is filthy like they have not cleaned in months. They literally forgot about my mom who was in severe pain. Did not give her meds for 2hrs. They literally put her labs unlabeled on the table. Did not take them to lab room for 2 hrs.very very upset. This place really does not care about you at all.
The staff here are perfectly fine. But their billing department double bills, refuses to respond to legal requests for itemization, doesn't respond to any requests and provides conflicting information.
I’ve had to take my mom to this hospital twice and both times she’s been treated well especially by the nurses. This last time she went in for COVID and even though I couldn’t be in there with her to translate, she said that they were kind and tentative with her. Her only issue was the translator they gave didn’t translate very well.
Several nurses in the ICU made my grandmother's last few days even more painful than they already were. Condescending attitude, refused her pain meds because they thought she was 'drug seeking', she was literally on her death bed! Stage 4 kidney failure, she had a stroke and didn't have the strength to even get her popsicle to her mouth without her arm giving out halfway! Eventually she could no longer even close her mouth.. Zero compassion or consideration, I get these people deal with the sick and dying on a daily basis and have programmed themselves to be desensitized to a variety of traumatic circumstances and remain 'professional', but screw that. Do better.
#Providencedoesn’tcareIf I could give them -5stars. It is sad that Everett only has this one hospital. Providence doesn’t care about patients. For the faith-based healthcare they don’t care about the patients. This place is a joke. Everett need a better hospital.
Went through detox, this part of Providence gets five stars, it was as great as detox could be, and the staff was awesome!! As for oncology, that is a COMPLETELY different experience, this part of Providence gets a zero. And VOILA! three stars.
I have always appreciated Providence as they are so compassionate. Great care, have been here for preventative care as well as surgery and will always choose this hospital! Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
