I want to say something about Dr. Mahidhar. FIRST OF ALL HE IS A 10 OUT OF 10 Dr. Mahidhar is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had in my 71 years of life. I feel like its time to take a minute for what he did for me Yesterday, while returning a phone call himself back to me. Ye, he could of had his nurse, or front desk people call me on my heart concerns. It is the little things that count. He takes pride and ownership in the people, who come to see him with all there concerns. Dr. Mahidhar walks into his office each day to see his patients always with a smile. He is so glad to see them. He starts listening to patients concern, then puts himself in there shoes and comes up with a plan. He always has a plan developed for each of his patients. He also understanding, talks slow, and clear to the patients so they can understand. Dr. Mahidhar has always been very positive. He is a model Dr. for all the young Dr.s

Dr. Mahidhar saved my life when I had a heart attack nearly 8 years ago. I have been seeing him ever since. He takes time to answer all my question and gets to know you as a person as well. He is caring, professional and through. Would highly recommend to anyone with heart problems who are looking for a cardiologist.

Dr. Mahidhar was my cardiologist at a particularly frustrating and possible dangerous time for me. I had had a mitrl valve replacement elsewhere 15 years earlier, but my symptoms had returned with a vengeance - water retention, struggling to breathe and inability to exercise were becoming critical. Dr. Mahidhar set me on the right path to replacing the now failing replacement valve and hooked me up with a great surgeon to do the valve re-replacement. He kept me going both physically and with moral support until such time as I could have the surgery. The results are awesome. I am so appreciative of his knowledge and efforts and also the whole staff there at WWMG. I would recommend Dr. Mahidhar in a heartbeat (pun intended) to anyone who suffers and struggles with severe heart issues. He was instrumental in helping me get back to good health and a good future, and he has a great bedside manner.

I have been seeing Dr. Mahidhar over the past 2 years. I was having internal bleeding due to Warfarin. Dr. Mahidhar performed the Watchman procedure, following which I was able to stop Warfarin. I am lucky to have him as my doctor. He is thorough, patient and easy to talk to.

Dr. Mahidhar is an extremely competent and focused doctor. That is just what I was looking for. I needed two stints and a heart valve replacement and he took great care in explaining what I needed and then in performing the surgery. I would recommend him to anyone needing similar treatment and I would go to him again with no hesitation.

Dr. Mahidhar performed a life saving valve replacement for my father. My father was in a critical condition when first seen by Dr. Mahidhar. He explained the whole process very patiently and was very kind throughout. Thanks to him, my dad has fully recovered and enjoying his life.

Barely spoke to me. Just basically walked in and told me what to do. I tried to ask questions and I couldn't tell if he was blowing me off or didn't know the answer. I don't have a lot of confidence in him and will be looking for a new cardiologist.

I have a long cardiac history and was getting a checkup on a valve that I hadn’t had tests on in years. Dr. Mahidar was kind and asked good questions about my health and what my symptoms were. But after an echo and holter monitor he left no notes on what was actually going on. It was impossible to get a follow up appointment. Couldn’t reach him personally to go over my tests. His notes were very vague and left me with no information. I am very dissatisfied with my experience altogether and will be seeking a second opinion.

Dr. Mahidhar saved my life with an emergency heart blockage clearance. He was concerned, sincere and dedicated to my survival. I hope he moves back to my area!
