Friendly attentive professional staff did my MRI. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
I was referred here for a pregnancy related ultrasound. CDI received my doctor’s orders scheduled my appointment for 2 weeks out sent me reminders about the daytime all great. However they called me 4 hours before the appointment time on the day of saying that they did not actually perform standard pregnancy ultrasounds after 14 weeks and that I could not be seen by them. This was extremely inconvenient for me along with my husband as we had already taken time off of work for the appointment. Thankfully the referring clinic found a different practice to fulfill the doctor’s orders the same day but CDI’s mistake caused a lot of unnecessary stress and forced other professionals to accommodate us at the last minute.
Called over 13 days ago to schedule an appointment for two CT scans. It was an important test as I have 9 levels fused in my spine and needed the test to see what was going on with the hardware installed. Was told someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment. Waited and waited....didnt get the call until now. Had to get the tests done so we went to Swedish Radia in Edmonds. Got scheduled in three days....good service at Swedish Radia. I would avoid this business and Im curious how the aged ratings were so high.....based on my experience.
The people working here are so great
I cannot recommend this place. Slow noncommunicative during MRI 1 hour+ of MRI noise to take images of the ball of my foot? Ive had knee and breast cancer screening MRIs in Seattle that took half the time of this one. And at each of those 5 total the radiologist communicated with me thoughout the entire session. At CDI at 50 min in the machine I began to wonder where the technician had gone and if the machine had been programmed to autopilot. Worst MRI experience in my life. Ill drive back to Seattle before I go to CDI Everett again.
I had an open MRI to determine if I have a torn rotator cuff. I had failed to complete a traditional MRI at another location due to claustrophobic panic. I was able to complete my MRI in the Open MRI with no trouble. The technician I forgot his name was so kind and updated me frequently through my scan to let me know how long each section would be. I did have my doctor give me some antianxiety meds but honestly I probably didnt need them. If you are claustrophobic in the standard smaller MRI machines give this a try. I will NEVER do a traditional MRI again unless it is for something like my foot where my body does not need to be in the magnet. The receptionist was kind and helpful. I like thy had evening hours as well.
Came here to get an MRI scan because of a workrelated injury. the customer service and the receptionist at the desk were so helpful and answered any questions I had concerning my process to do the MRI. when you do an MRI here they ask you if you want any music to be played while youre in there because it does take a long time and they want to make sure you are not jumping around dancing to the music so their selections are a variety of sounds country hip hop blues and classical music. They also provide variety of sizes as well so if you are a 2X they actually do have a 2X.
Been here 3.5 hours and counting Horrible service and they lie about our appointment times. My wife was told appointment at 510pm. It was really 540pm which they chose not to tell her. They assumed she would need 30min to fill out paperwork? Her ankle MRI took over 2.5 hours Did the tech have to spin the machine by hand? Totally ridiculous MRI time for ankle should be at the longest 1.5 hours. Avoid this place like the plague.
Showed up half hour early. They still had not taken my Lady in by 10 after and the place was empty till an hour later as I waited in the waiting room. She is epileptic and needs her meds so it is important to be on this but due to imaging could not this morning. The receptionist Mara S I believe was remarkably rude when we pointed that out. Afterwards several folk got taken directly back even though I overheard they were late. When in back the tech and doc were both great.
Great staff but the scheduling department sent me to the wrong address...they were very helpful in getting me to the right spot though when I called from the wrong location. Very pleased with treatment

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
