Dr. Chen is an amazing doctor. She is my favorite doctor. Dr. Chen's bedside manner is the very best. She is skilled, punctual, friendly and efficient. All that you would ever want in a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Chen for many years. She is so thorough and has caught many skin cancer and pre cancers in very early stages. She is super kind also

I personally liked Dr Chen. However , I think she failed to adequately monitor some unusual pigmentation in my lower chin area. In her defense , it was unusual and she took photos and measured it. I should have had it monitored and a recheck scheduled before yearly skin check. During that 12 month interim , Covid occurred and she retired. That plus the problems with corporate medicine meant that I was not seen again for 18 months (in spite of 3 calls for appointments). After 18 months , it had developed into a melanoma which required large skin graft from upper arm and plastic surgery. IT IS VITAL TO MONITOR UNUSUAL PIGMENTATION. 18 months is far too long a wait. Five stars to Dr. Zarry Tavakkol and plastic surgeon , Dr David Kawamura , who treated me expediently and competently. Shame on dermatoligists who fail to follow through with patients who exhibit unusual skin pigmentations. I have always chosen derma pathologists. Shame on me for not being more proactive. .

She listens to your concerns and explains things clearly. I always make it a point to book my appointment with her. I've been going to her for a least 15 years. She is excellent in my opinion.
