I give her a 0. My son was sadly sick and running a fever and not drinking or eating. Even with fever he would drink his milk this time I can tell something was seriously wrong. She just looked at him and said he looks strong and just keep him hydrated. Hoe can I do that if he isn't drinking anything. She didn't check if he had flue/ covid ...0 tests. I had to rush him to urgent care and get help there. What's the point of peditrian if they can't help your children . Just horrible. Experience. I would never bring my children to her again.
Dr Lou referred My daughter to seek therapy as she was going through some anxiety/depression. The Prescriber at Catholic Community Services prescribed Venlafaxine after 6 months or so care was given back to Dr Lou. My daughter had complained about body pain, fatigue, headaches etc. & trusted that Dr Lou would have checked out this medicine, I later found out that it is not approved by the FDA or been tested for children. My daughter was 14 at the time and now suffers anatomical nerve damage from head to toe & POTS which she has to take a beta blocker to help with heart rate, blood pressure, dizziness upon standing, headaches etc. She has to be homeschooled & her goals for college she’ll have to take mostly online. Lesson: Be your own advocate! Do research on any medicine that’s prescribed because you can’t trust that you’re Doctor will do this even though it’s their job, isn’t it??
Dr. Liu has been my family's pediatrician for 20+ years. She is always great about explaining everything, and is really understanding. She treats my children, cousins, nieces and nephews. Also, when Dr. Liu has the day off, Dr. Runyon is great. So glad I have these doctors for my kids.
Dr Liu has been our family doctor since the turn of the century. She has been very helpful and accomodating to the fact that my son also has autism. we are grateful to have her helping us.
Dr. Liu is a decent doctor. She does tend to be a little formula happy at times. Which, for me formula isn't an option. The only other thing we disagreed on was the Vitamin D drops. I'd rather my kid get her vitamin d naturally. Other then that though, very good.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
