Sea Mar Everett Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I’m putting 5 starts for Kima!! She talked me through the appointment and helped me get my anxiety under control with out me asking or any judgement. Even with everything I heard her going through in the office she was there for me. She stayed professional and kind the whole appointment. She goes above and beyond. And deserve to have someone notice!! Thank you Kima!!

This place is so terrible. Every single time I have tried to schedule an appointment it is never possible because they are so severely understaffed. They told me to come in at 8:am in the morning to POSSIBLY get me in. The doctors are rude. And it’s very obvious they don’t care about their patients schedules or time. At this time I suggest they just shut this place down. There’s barely any dentists there. You can’t get patients to book appointments because you don’t know if there is going to be enough staff on that day. So you have them walk in at 8:am to MAYBE get them into an appointment. Awful place. The last time I was there the dentist that was working with me would not stop talking to me about how much she hates her job and hates working there. Why would you ever let someone talk that way to a patient. Terrible.

My experience was great here despite the bad reviews I came in for a filling they did an excellent job attention to detail was great!

Rude and unprofessional staff they charged me 328 just for 1 x-ray and 2 minutes talk, and for sure, they were unable to do their job. Now I know why they have such bad ratings.

They don't care about your time. They didn't tell me when I made my appointment for a cleaning that they don't do that on the first visit. I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment. Will never go there again.

Just called this place to schedule an appointment for myself and my son, decided to use their "leave your number and we'll call you back" BS. Well they called back, let it ring once and hung up. So professional. I really thought something might have improved in the 5 years since I've been there but looks as though the staff techs, dentists and reception included are as horrid as they've always been. Just because we're not rich, doesn't mean we don't need care. Just because we can't afford the best doesn't mean that you don't do your best. If you can't do that quit your fucking job!

One of my small front lower teeth got bumped on a glass and became loose. I make an appointment to go in. Arrived started filling out my paperwork and I was immediately called in to see the doctor. Nurse asked some questions, doctor came in, looked at it and told me the only thing to do was pull it. I said no thank you and was immediately taken out of the dental chair into the reception area where I was asked for my clip board that I had been given no time to fill out. I was told the doctor charged $192 but paying cash I owed I think either $132 or $136. I recently received a another statement for an additional $55.

I have always gotten the worst anxiety during dentist appointments. Sitting, waiting, panicking, then eventually crying as the dentist entered the room. However, I recently had the best experience at sea mar everett clinic. Kima, the assistant was the best ever! Every dentist should have an assistant exactly like Kima! I can not put into words just how much of a blessing it was to have her with me that day. Thank you, Kima. For the comfort and the laughter. You honestly could not have done a better job.

Kima and Dr. Lovelace were awesome! Very personable, engaging and made my visit very comfortable.
