I have not met Dr. Doyle and I most likely never will. I called because I was referred to him for dental implants I am considering. It took 7 minutes to get through to a live person. The person who answered had a very flat affect and seemed totally uninterested in me as a new patient. I'm not a "Karen" by any means, but I did expect to be greeted with enthusiasm, interest, and concern for why I am calling. Upon reading the other reviews on this page, I think I just dodged a bullet. Maybe you are so busy you don't care if you don't get new patients. I did some web searching and found another dentist with great reviews, who does implants. The receptionist answered after one or two rings and was cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. I made an appointment, I'll go there! PS: I worked for dentists in a medium size clinic some years ago and they would never have tolerated this kind of front desk behavior. Good luck!

Dr. Doyle apparently wanted the afternoon off. Why else would someone cancel an appointment 2 hours before a surgery scheduled 4 weeks ago? He claims he needs a CT scan but everyone else (orthodontist & dentist) say that should only have been needed before removing wisdom teeth, which is not happening. Horrible category, especially since I went to them my hat in hand as I am intensely nervous about dental work. Now I am out of pocket for missed wages, prescriptions, & braces care.
