Would give zero stars. I made an appointment, asked if they accepted my insurance which they said "yes." Gave my insurance information then was told two days prior to my appointment that they do not accept my insurance and have no record of my insurance ever being provided...

Whoever I spoke to at the front desk was very rude and condescending, and claimed they were in charge. I called to reschedule well before the required 48-hour window—several times—and let it ring at least six times with no answer or voicemail. Then, when I finally spoke to someone on Monday, I was told I owed $85 for not calling 48 hours in advance. Oh, and apparently they stop answering phones at 3:30 p.m. on Friday—where is that posted? Funny how the girl decided to act that way over $85 you’ll never see, instead of the $1,000-plus you would’ve gotten for the dental work. Though I felt good about the actual dental staff and the girls at the front desk seemed nice in person, just know that this is how they treat you if given the opportunity. This ruined the whole experience for me. Update: Just to be clear the exact words said to me were "You can make an appointment when you wanna pay the $85." 100% not my fault

Went here for the first time, recommended by a friend of mine. Met Dr. Luu, who's been there few years so I'm assuming he's a little new compare to the other Doctor. Years ago by a different dentist, I had a tooth repair done where I had a chipped tooth and got it repaired. Few months ago the same tooth got chipped again and needed repaired again and came here. For the location, it's a pretty old building but the receptionists were very nice. Once I got seated waiting for the Dr. the assistant nurse name Eva (I think) was easy to talk to. Once Dr. Luu came in, took a look and repaired it without a problem. Very friendly people, easy to talk to, communication was great and left without a complaint. I would recommend this place! Will be back for check up soon.

Best dentist I've ever gone to.Dr Chin had to redo some recent bad dental work done at a different dental office.Dr Chin is a very calming and professional Dr.I highly recommend Dr Chin n his staff.

Front office staff is amazing. Dr. Cin is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond for his patient. I have recommended him to several people with fears of dentist and the thanked me afterwards. Thank you Dr. Chin DDS & staff. Amazing job.
