I shocked to see lots of negative reviews. In my opinion I would recommend dr. Safai because she helped me a lot for my knee pain. In my opinion the billing is good as well. They always build the right insurance.
So far not great with my one month exp at the primary care in mill creek. Very slow responses, I'm in the same line of work and its slow even by covid era standards. Theres barely any patients in office and the times ice been I've seen staff hanging around floating from pod to pod loosey goosey and after having made one in person visit called 3 times one day waited another day only to be sent to someone else I've never seen during this whole process i stated quite clearly an issue I was experiencing as inside effect that they told me about. Said times over several encounters yes i need the support med, it's for a guy issue, and here I am with a destroyed relationship because I cant get it to work after their treatment. Disappointed, ashamed, and scarred and ignored. Bethany Smith and her team are the worst I've ever had and I've never been treated so poorly. You broke me bethany now you refuse to fix me. I think you got your license from a cracker Jack box. What a quack.
So I go to the hospital after work because I have back pain since Monday. The people at the front Desk were nice and then I see doctor Curraly she looked at my back and then asked me if I ever done drugs I say no then she asks me if I have ever shot up drugs while looking at my arms. Then tells me she’s going to give me naproxen when I already told her I was prescribed naproxen and it’s not helping. I had back surgery when I was ten years old with Rods in my back. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor. And I would like to talk to someone in person show them my arms and take a drug test and get her fired. Just because people live in Washington state doesn’t make them a junkie. She also did a X-ray didn’t see anything so I asked if she could do a scan and she Denied to do that. Also maybe she should go on airport rd and see what a junkies arms actually look like and come to my house and ask herself how I could afford a 2000 dollar home if I’m a junkie
All people friendly. Good service.
I have obviously been going to the doctors my entire life. I have never EVER had a doctors office that not only gives excellent care, but actually cares about me! The receptionists and nurses all remember my names! They always spark up a conversation and make me feel important when I'm sure they see plenty of people. I'm always able to get an appointment right away and my doctor is awesome! I have Dr Paul Skomra. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had. Being a woman it can be kind of uncomfortable having a male doctor, but he makes me feel so comfortable and always makes sure I get what I need! His nurse is also amazing! She's so funny and always has at least a 10 minute conversation with me. The only complaint I could possibly come up with, is that the bathrooms in the waiting area are outdated and very small. The lab is also very slow, they take way too long to get me back there when there's nobody else even waiting. If you're looking for a long term doctors office that is reliable and makes sure you get the care you need, this is the place to go!! THANK YOU MILL CREEK SWEDISH FOR TAKING ABOVE AND BEYOND CARE OF ME!!!!
It's the spot to get good care out of the way hardly any waiting.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
