When I first started with Dr. Bhatia, everything was fine, but as time went on, it took longer for her to answer messages, or to get things done in a timely matter. Now, I am out of a very important medication, and it needs to be re-filled. The pharmacy needs a form filled out and signed and sent back to the pharmacy, but she still has not responded.....it has been a couple of weeks, and I am still waiting. She has been sent message after message, and she still has not complied.

I would not refer this doctor because twice I was seen by her and she does not make me feel comfortable. No "Hello, how are you?" or other gestures that suggest she's interested in finding out what ails you. I went to the CHC, Everett, WA, because I've been depressed. When I mistook her for the mental health counselor & she said she was the doctor I was genuinely surprised. I apologized for my confusion and said that I would like to discuss a physical ailment. Dr. Bhatia actually refused ! Apparently due to 20 minute limit on office visit. However she would see me next month, just make an appt. on my way out. I walked from there feeling worse than when i walked. Very unsatisfactory.

Dr.Bhatia is thoroughly professional doctor with excellent diagnostic ability.She is very clear in her treatment plan.The only draw back is that the waiting is very long as the allied health take a while to seat.But she is a great doc.
