Sent a bill I didn't know I had to collections. Credit rating dropped 73 points from that. No notices. No calls. Nothing on my patient portal. I don't know how I'm going to recover from this.
The worse clinic I have ever seen in my entire live the front desk is very rude she does not understand the customer service and as I see all inconvenience behavior I canceled my reserved appointment and do not want to go for ever at this Everett clinic at all.
We saw Amy Hagen ARNP today. She told us that she could take out the my mom’s ingrown nail. She then proceeded to inject my mom’s toe up 3 times with lidocaine. By the 3rd time, my mom was not feeling well and she almost fainted. Amy then left us alone in the room for over 20 minutes. Of course the numbness would wear off by that time. When Amy came back she wanted to numb up my mom one more time, but after not feeling well and nearly fainting, of course my mom would not want to go through that pain again. We asked if we can get any pain reliever for my mom’s pain and Amy said she could not prescribe my mom any. Before I left Amy said to me “this is why we say to go to a podiatrist”. She did say that at the beginning, but if she couldn’t do it she shouldn't have told us that she could.Everett Clinic has such a good reputation, but this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Amy Hagen ARNP, needs to manage her time better, and if she can’t do something, she should say so instead of wasting our time and our money. Especially during a pandemic when some of us are struggling to pay for our medical bills.
15 minutes on hold to change an appointment time. Ridiculous, do better.
Unfortunately I have had several bad experiences and will be looking elsewhere for care from now on. I was in on Dec. 1st for major back issues, I did not see my regular doctor. The doctor I did see did not do much except ask me where and how its hurting, and gave me a diagnosis of muscle spasms. No X-rays and no referrals to anywhere that would be able to look into the problem further. Sent me on my way with muscle relaxers. I very rarely take medications like those or pain management medication. So I was highly disappointed. Ended up with continued issues with my back that worsened through the month.
I will not do business with The Everett Clinic again. They have messed up the billing for my son's medical bill and as a result I will not bring my entire family back. If you want transparency into your patient medical bill and a clinic that will actually communicate with you do not go to The Everett Clinic.
I had the best experience at this location yesterday from the front desk to the RN, to Dr. Juhani. I was seen in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Juhani was extremely nice, caring, and helpful. I know their staff was busy but he took the time to make sure I was thoroughly taken care of.
Absolutely refused to let me leave a voicemail at 4am. Just kept ringing and eventually hung up on me. Why they refuse to let me leave a voicemail to provide my insurance details I don't know. It was very frustrating. Here I am usually awake at night time, and the it is really terribly frustrating they wouldn't let me leave a voicemail
Long waiting time in walk-in, and have bad experiencewith young lady receptionist. Wife twisted her ankle, don't need the interpret but they ordered anyway without my consent when we go to podiatrist in Everett clinic (Shoreline), and created some awkward experience for us while in there. Next time I will not come to this place again, enough bad experiences. I will go to the Millcreek clinic which is not very far from there but better service. However, doctor and nurses are cool.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
