Dr. Richardson and his nursing staff make an excellent team and Dr. Richardson has really motivated me to lose excess weight (over 50 lbs.), clean up my diet, exercise nearly every day and bring my cholesterol levels down to a healthy level. I am very pleased with the help and care received by Dr. Richardson and highly recommend him to anyone in need of cardiology services.

I am very upset and how I was treated and discriminated against while I was there. I sat in the office waiting for over an hour past my appointment time watching others come check in and be called shortly after sitting down. I had been sitting there for over an hour ! And you are telling me that all these other people atleast 4 came in 15, 30, 45, even 60 minutes after me and happen to be an hour late to there appointment and are still ahead of me . Then when I asked the receptionist what was going on they got the manager and she told me I would have to wait for another 30 minutes to an hour. I don't feel like a cardiologist should be treating heart patients this way I left very angry and never got to get in to the appointment and I needed to have that appointment then to stay in schedule for my surgery which now I have to cancel so I can't work even longer now I've already waited 4 months for this surgery which now I can't have and I will lose my house because I can't work because I need this surgery to work

Dr. Richardson is very attentive to my concerns. He uses science to help make diagnosis and treatment and is very thorough and compassionate. He is also very encouraging to lifestyle changes to improve overall health. I highly recommend him to family and friends.
