So my appointment was for 4:20 which I had to leave work early to make when I was on my way the receptionist Called and informed me that I was late and they would like to change it to a telephone appointment instead. I told her my situation and said I didn’t feel that a telephone conversation was a suitable substitute for my appointment being that I was only a few minutes away and she heavy sighed and again tried to give me the option of the phone appointment. I told her to check her clock it wasn’t even 4 o clock yet and that I would find a different doctor that valued his or her patients time a little more. If you don’t want to see patients past 3:30 maybe you should change your hours of operation.

Horrible. I came to him seeking an opinion on whether there was something else going on besides asthma. At the appointment I brought a list of conditions and medications but the nurse took it away and most of the consult was wasted asking me what my medications are. He wanted me to do a test and said he'd arrange it but didn't until I emailed to ask why it hadn't been scheduled. After doing the test he sat on it for almost a month despite 2 emails from me asking for results and next steps. Finally he sent me raw data with no explanation of what it meant. He has ignored my questions about next steps and follow up. I feel abandoned by this doctor - a total waste of my time and money and considerable discomfort going through a test that he has ignored!

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I had my appointment with Dr. Ziedalski and then nothing. They were supposed to call me back and never did. I followed up 3 times, and was promised a call back. Never happened. Ended up going to another provider. Seriously dissapointing.
