Overall happy with service from there behavior health staff in the past. Not been there in a few years but it was helpful. Was hard to get in to see therapists more than a few times a month but overall it worked for me.

Spent 60 minutes on hold to make an appt. a pox on the lot of them. How can. The. Expect to provide good care when you cannot. Reac anyone by phone. Pluhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

So how about 1/2 star. Even that would be generous. My wife was on hold for over 1:30 and still no answer. So I tried to call every number listed on their website. Not one call was answered. Even the emergency number. A pox on the lot of you.

The only place I can get my eyes worked on close to where I live. I've never had a problem or not gotten good results

I've been on hold for five hours. My first call ended for no reason after two hours so I had to the back of the line. I told them my situation and they couldn't care less, probably standard business for them. You should consider somewhere else if you can because this place is the worst.

Communication seems to be a real issue. My glasses took two months to get here and they messed up the order.I tried to get a food allergy test and the doctor didn’t care to look past looking up my nose and talked me out of it.Trying to get a covid test I was on hold for 30 minutes because it had to be ordered. I got through and they said they would have to put me on hold and they didn’t know how long it would be. Or I could schedule myself, the option for scheduling an appointment did not show up at my location. So I had to call them back to be on hold for another hour because the front desk did not know how to navigate the system.After being on hold they couldn’t figure it out, so they put me on hold again only to come back and tell me I couldn’t get tested at the place I was at (where they have been testing people that day)The rumors I heard about Kaiser is that they sucked and I was willing to look past it. But if you are looking for good care go somewhere else.

Honestly, been going here all my life. Will prolly continue to go till the day I die. I have only had one situation that caused a few bad experiences, but the hospital bent over backwards to fix it and even gave me a completely different doctor from another location to go to for my concerns. I am happy to say I will be a part of the KP family for life.
