William Truong's Online Review Report Card

I recently had hernia surgery with Dr. Truong. He and his staff were excellent in their care and skill. I would highly recommend Dr. Truong if you are needing any kind of hernia repair. My surgery was a little complicated but that was my fault as I had waited a little too long to have the surgery. Dr. Truong was able to fix everything in a very professional manner.

Dr. Truong and his entire team/staff were so nice and professional. Everyone made me feel so comfortable on the day of my surgery. I'm 4 days post op and I'm feeling great. I would highly recommend Dr. Truong to anyone needing hernia surgery.

Dr. Truong is a great choice if you need surgery! He is extremely skilled at minimally invasive laprascopic procedures. My cholecystectomy was complicated due to scar tissue from previous surgeries. Some surgeons would have opted for an open procedure which would have added at least a month to my recovery. He is so confident in his abilities that he assured me it would not be an issue. My surgery was 3 weeks ago and I am at my pre surgery activity level and can barely tell I had surgery at all! Highly recommend Dr. Truong and his amazing team!

Good experience with Dr. Truong He removed a lipoma I had for 10 years. He and his team made me feel at ease, comfortable and the experience has been excellent.

In June of this year Dr Truong relieved me of the discomfort of an umbilical hernia. The consultation beforehand was sufficient to assure me; having this surgery would be the answer to the distress I had suffered for years. Yes...it was the answer and I no longer walk bent over in the middle because of discomfort. As someone earlier mentioned in a review...it was difficult to find good things said about hernia surgery on line. I think things must have changed in recent years. To summarize: Dr. Truong is a winning choice for hernia surgery. I am so very grateful.

I wrote a 5 star review for Dr Truong and it showed here and then disappeared. I was a patient of the doctor and he is outstanding. Thanks to his expertise, I healed quickly. That is thanks to his excellent surgical skills and clear directions for a complete recovery which I followed. Sorry to see my review disappear from here.

Very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was clear on explaining to me the nature of my diagnosis and how to properly care for it. I brought my mom and we asked tons of questions and he sat and answered every question thoroughly. He listened to our concerns and addressed each thing I asked in a clear and concise way allowing me to feel confident in following his next steps in my condition. He was in no way rushing us, like most doctors tend to. I will definitely be returning to him with further surgical needs.

Truong was my surgeon for an ingroinal hernia that was bothering me. This guy is the best. I'm on week 5 of recovery and I have to remind myself to take it easy because of the considerably lessened pain. With any surgery there are potential risks but as far as job done he did it. I also got mesh put in and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. they found an unbilical hernia and repaired that as well without mesh, also doing fine by the way. Tips before surgery! If your going to look your surgery up online.. I did, you will mostly find the bad and why wouldn't you. Most people who got out of surgery and recovered fine don't have much to say.. they got it done their healed. Just know that any worries or questions you have can be alievietad by talking to your surgeon. I've left this good note online because before my surgery I couldn't find anything good online, hopefully this helps someone. And thanks again Truong.

Unbelievably rude and non-caring. My husband had hernia surgery in November 2016. He still has pain and at times limits his mobility and quality of life. He was told to wait 3 months to allow the pain to subside. The pain continued and increased over time. Now 5 months later when the pain is at its highest, Dr. Truong not only refused to scan or test for any infection or abnormality, but told my husband to take Tylenol and deal with the pain. He further stated there was nothing he could do. I'd highly recommend you consider another doctor.
