My kid lost his doctor because we hadn't seen him in 3 years, vaccination appointments don't count and apparently you are supposed to willy nilly visit the doctor during a pandemic. Don't waste your time here.

Everything about this business is unprofessional. I could've gotten my Covid vaccine done today at another clinic but chose this one since they were closer and supposedly they do walk-ins. Their goofy website doesn't give hours for when they're doing vaccines, however, so I assumed it was during normal business hours. They're supposed to be open until 9 on Wednesday. I show up at 6:30 and they're closed. They have a sign on the door saying they were closed from the 23rd - 27th. Its the 29th, though I'm sure that inconvenienced a lot of people. So why are they closed right now? Maybe I could've gotten this info ahead of time except their automated phone system doesn't allow you to talk to a person. Just tells you to go online to look at the website that gives no information. If you press 0 it will just ring into oblivion. This whole business is a waste of time and now I can't get my vaccine for 3 weeks.

This clinic is the WORST. No help. They constantly give you phone appointments that go no where. I once waited for an hour and half in the parking lot for a SCHEDULED appointment. Couldn’t wait inside bc of Covid.They didn’t call me to come inside until 2 hours after my appointment. They will also give you a time on when a doctor is going to call you and then after the time has come and gone a nurse calls with no help whatsoever. Will not recommend and will not be returning.

Dr.John has been a Godsend for close to 10years now.He is very understanding of his patients.He was one of the first Drs.to introduce medical marijuana into his practice.Very thorough getting to know his patients.Thanks Dr.John for 10years of exceptional service..Hope to see you for another 10... Got referred here by the VA. Front desk and back office have no communication whatsoever. My prescriptions were messed up. Simple instructions were given incorrectly. They refused to let me see my own test results. And on and on. This place is trash. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else. You’ll be better off.

The Providers are good. But the front staff is horrible. The girl told me my appointment was at 1pm and after showing up early, signing in and stating my appointment is at 1pm, I ha to ask why I was still waiting at 137pm? The answer i was given was, oh your appointment is at 145! No one had the enough common sense to tell me, a cloudy head, sick patient, that my appointment had changed. Very inconciderate. If it wasnt close my house I wouldn't return ONLY because of the front desk staff. Nurses are awesome also.

I would not recommend any of my loved ones to go to this clinic. The lack of professionalism by some staff members is astounding to me.
