I always come to RAYUS when i need an ultrasound and Ct scan i am a cancer survivor so i tend to stick with one place and one technician. The technician always does a great job.

Ever since they transferred offices from 9th Ave near the hospital to here its been no good. I always schedule my ultrasound appointments to be with a woman tech and I always get a male It takes a month to get an appointment so by the time I make the drive I have no choice but to keep the appointment with the male. This male tech is very nice I have had time twice now but the room they do the imaging in has no ac Laying on your back pregnant for over an hr with no air is terrible. The schedulers are rude and not very helpful. Will be looking for another place moving Forward.

Mishandled appointment and referral information. Read out private information out loud for office to hear. Workers have no bedside manner. My nurse was supposed to inform me of my need for a mammogram and get consent. Instead she held my appointment as ransom and demanded a referral. No referral was needed wasted an hour of time waiting before she changed her mind. After finding a lump all you want is some kindness and compassion. I was met with anger and ineptness. Will never come back here.

Room for improvement. Appointment was for 700pm and I arrived early in case there was additional paperwork to completewhich there was. Paperwork done at 700 and I just sat there. Finally at 715 I asked if they were running behind and was told unpoetically that the table time was for 730. Would have been nice to have known that wen the appointment was originally made.But wait. Theres more.I was told by the technician that the report would be read the following day and sent to Kaiser by the next day at the latest. The week goes by and nothing. I finally called them 9 days later and they had received the request from Kaiser but had been sitting on the report.Im in healthcare so I know things dont always go as they should. But there is room for improvement here.

The lady who opened the door for us was VERY RUDE Good thing the appointment was for my wife or I would have just left with some choice words for that person I Wii never go here if my life depended on it

Pro tip Preregister online before your appointment. This reduces overall wait time and seems to get you back for your appointment quicker. I have used CDI on several occasions for different tests and I have been pleased each time. Typically their prices are more affordable than at a hospital which is much appreciated. I can also confirm the doctors at CDI ensure communication is made immediately with a persons doctor in the event something urgent is shown on a test which was much appreciated. I was overall impressed once again with the timely service respectful technician and quick communication from CDI doctors to my specialist.

Garbage Unacceptable Disrespectful Cancelled on us with no phone call?? Driving 40 min each way for nothing

Went in for an MRI was seen within 15 minutes.  I was in amp out. From the front desk lady greating me amp having me fill out paperwork to the guy walking me out.  Even got my results that same day FIVE STAR well deserved

I cannot really give CDI a good recommendation. I had an incident take place With CDI they injected me in the wrong spot. And I came back for an injection in the right spot. And because CDI had to do it over again they stuck me in the neck without using “NO” pain medication to numb my skin and it really hurt me. So forgive me if I can say nothing good about CDI. 🤬

Adam and Dr.Schoumacher were so professional and kind. Dr.Durkey is also a kind professional. Being pledged with needing shots every time is traumatic to me and the kindness they show is so comforting. The staff is wonderful as well. Thankful for CDI
