I rarely leave reviews but I’m very pleased with this office I was able to get an appointment the next day for an emergency scare I had everyone was so nice and friendly I didn’t wait long at all in the office my appointment was exactly on time and the Dr. even came in and talked with me and comforted me and answered all my questions I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing imaging done thank you again CDI federal way

I was scheduled at a given time but waited over an hour to get scanned. the person who did my CT scan told me it was not normal to get a CT scan at my age just because I feel bloated and asked if I was pregnant. Regardless of how unprofessional everyone feels about a healthy young woman getting a CT scan I feel fortunate that an over cautious urologist took the inititive to make an order for emergency imaging because what the results found are scary. Also there was a typo on the findings summary.

I am a breast cancer survivor very familiar with the process  first time visit to this location. Front desk was very kind warm and caring.  Jennifer the Tech  that called me back was impersonal cold almost rude. shamed  me a couple of times for my anticipation and movements and oh so condescending.  I had requested same day review of my films Jennifer wanted me to know she was too busy to help if I needed additional pictures.  Do not visit this location you are just a number just an insurance billing opportunity  for this office. Mammograms are hard enough this location made me feel like a nuisance. Do not use this office I wont be.

I have used CDI Federal Way mammogram services for at least 10 years. The staff is always friendly. Appointments run on schedule. Drs and Techs offer clear information.

I came in earlier this week with my Sister who is mentally handicapped for a few procedures at the recommendation of her Doctor. I always get nervous bringing her to places since she has short term memory loss and cannot follow directions. I have experienced professionals getting frustrated with her too many times to count. The young lady who took care of her was absolutely fantastic. She came out to the waiting room and sat down with her to introduce herself and explained what she was going to be doing to reassure my sister. Her name was Taylor and she was so patient with her the entire 3040 minutes we were inside. My sister kept repeating herself and asking the same questions but it never once bothered this young girl. She took the time to walk her around to get weighed since my sister asked about that. She did not need to do that one bit but since she asked her she politely said it was no problem at all and she was happy to do it. We then went to do her Mammogram which was extremely pleasant and Taylor explained everything again to keep her reassured on everything that she was going to be doing. At last she needed a bone scan which I waited in the changing area since she did not need my help standing. I felt at ease leaving my sister with Taylor from how pleasant and patient she had been from the beginning. I heard them laughing together over the next few minutes and it was such a joy. After she was done Taylor walked her back and told me to give her a few minutes she had something for my Sister that she had asked while in the room. I politely asked my sister what she had asked for and she told me she couldnt remember but she liked the blonde girl with the sweet voice. Just a few minutes later Taylor came around the corner with a picture printed out and put it in a clear sleeve for her and put a sweet note on the back of it. It was a picture of Jesus that she had printed out. When she handed it over to my sister she immediately started crying tears of joy and Thanking this sweet girl for such a precious gift. My sister has always been a Religious person and some people shy away from that. This young girl no hesitation did it and made my Sisters dayweekmonth with such a simple gesture. Days later and she can still remember her and smiles looking at this simple picture that was given to her by Taylor. Its people like her that go above and beyond without even knowing that make things so extremely pleasant. This young lady was so thoughtful patient caring sweet knowledgeable in her field and can put anyone at ease with her absolute kindness. I do not know if she will even see any of this but if so she is making a difference in peoples lives with her generosity This company is extremely lucky to have her on staff.

One is because of front desk lady for her bad behavior she deserved zero but Im doing a fever for her

Be careful of falling mirrors. Went to the restroom washed my hands and the soap dispenser fell off the mirror and a 65 pound mirror fell off and hit me in the head still fighting with company to pay medical bills

The clinic personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable about their work. They were very nice and answered all the questions I needed help with. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

5 stars for Laura the technician who performed the bone scan She was FANTASTIC very competent professional informative and helpful as well as super friendly and fun Dont know if Ive ever worked with a better technician Thank you Laura1 star for Karly the receptionist who scheduled my appointment and checked me in at the front desk. Dont think I have ever come across a more confused and indifferent medical receptionist anywhere.I did call the week after my procedure and spoke briefly with another receptionist didnt catch her name. When I requested a copy of the results I found her to be friendly efficient and helpful. Thank youOVERALL I would recommend this place because the technician does a GREAT JOB Just be prepared for the possibility of dealing with an incompetent indifferent receptionist before the procedure.

I had called to make an appointment for services today.  I arrived early and checked in.  I was informed that my 9am appointment was actually in Auburn I stated I had called the Federal Way location. The receptionist stated she would see if they could get me in.  She left and came back and I was able to be seen immediately I was there for 16 minutes. I was relieved they got me in and was so quick to take care of me. The technician was polite and nice during the procedure.
