Sea Mar Federal Way Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

Customer service representative are excellent. But I hated their scheduling manner. I was seen for cleaning and then the dentist diagnosed me for a deep cleaning which I had to make 4 separate appointments to clean. So they cleaned one part of my upper teeth and sent me home to call every day for making additional appointment. Now I have three more appointments left to finish my teeth cleaning but it’s two weeks that I am calling and they don’t have room for making appointments for me. Very annoying!

Took my daughter in for routine dental care. After the exam and findings, the dental assistant disagreed with the dentist and the dentist disagreed with the dental assistant. What a mess, horrible place when staff is not confident with each other. Later appointment, my daughter said the cleaning was painful and hygienist seemed incompetent - finding a new dental clinic. SeaMar is in a lot of communities providing improper and low-quality care. Most of their staff seem unskilled and poorly trained, graduates who had to take their dental classes over twice or who careers started off as janitors. Low morale, poor self-esteem and no customer service skills. I wouldn’t even take my pets here. If you want Third World care, this is the place for you.

Extremely competent staff working here. My dentist was awesome and even better than my old private dentist.

Most Horrible unprofessional spot!!! Tear it Down.

I had such a bad experience here(AT SEAMAR DENTAL FEDERAL WAY )..I called them in the morning and asked for the appointment they said they don't have an appointment until end of September but they can take me as a walk-in but you have to come before 1 pm..I came at 12:45 pm after waiting for 1.5 hours the receptionist came and said you have to wait until 2:30pm..after that if the doctor have the availability they can take me..still not sure whether they take me in or not..At 2:23 pm I again asked the receptionist she said you have to wait until 2:45pm..if the scheduled patient did not came then we will take you..I said if they came then she said then you have to wait for another 1 hour.. The receptionist should clear me about this thing when I came as a walk-in..not after waiting for almost 2 hours..They did not treat their patients as the way they should be treated..i recommend everyone not to go this place as they treat you so badly... Such a bad staff they are..they did not give appropriate information to their customers..they just waisted the precious time of their customers..Please look into this matter..

I went in with an abcessed tooth. The doctor told me that they only prescribe Tylenol 3 for pain. When I went to the on-site pharmacy I was told that they no longer use Tylenol 3 for pain. Every bottle on the shelf was expired for more than a year. So bottom line, they lied. Today my face is even more swollen than yesterday. Don't go here for an emergency.

I am scared to death of dentists, but with horrible teeth running in my family, it’s a necessary evil. Today I was getting the most dreaded work done, my front teeth, and the dentist was absolutely amazing. She worked slowly and told me what she was doing the entire time. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. It has been an amazing experience even when compared to better rated, award winning, dentists that I have been to. So long as you voice your concerns they always seem to be willing to work with you. They were perfectly on time calling me back and the facility is very clean. Will be using them again for all of my future dental needs.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. After multiple evaluations they still refuse to fix my broken tooth that’s been broken for over a year now telling me that each dentist they bring in needs to go off their own evaluation. My tooth is still broken and in pain and they are attempting to give me braces instead of dealing with my tooth that is putting me in substantial pain. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
