Would give 0 stars if I could! I heard Julia Chaves call me a racial slur under her breath as I was leaving to her coworker. Julia Chaves deserves to lose her license if she thinks its okay to refer to be racist to her patients.

Pleasantly surprised with the professionalism all the way from Director Wong personally calling me back, Maria's good vibes at check-in and Dr Byeon listening to me and getting me what I need to feel better. Definitely recommend! For my first visit and no insurance, they all treated me like a longtime client.

My daughter saw Amee Catalano after reporting abuse. My daughter finally spoke up about how she was treated by Amee Catalano. I was told that despite there being a history or domestic violence my daughter was accused of lying about what had happened by Amee and from what I heard she was intimated and told to change her story. This not only caused my daughter further harm but it has made her very hesitant to speak up for herself.

JULIA CHAVES If you are going to go to this office please do not see JULIA CHAVES ASK FOR ANYONE ELSE ! If I could leave Julia Chavez a zero star I would she walks in with her nose in the air sighs at you rolls her eyes and makes condescending remarks , I saw her for about 12 mins we finished discussing the issue I was having and I went to bring up another issue I was having caused by the first issue she cut me off laughed and said that’s all we are discussing today ! When I was outraged she began to walk out the door still talking over me with the door open in order to cut me off I’m trying to figure out how to leave a more official review on her , I’m not the type to even leave reviews but Julia is nasty she is a very mean woman please understand this review and think before choosing her !

This place is an absolute joke! They never answer their phone calls and if they did it would be the Kent location or somewhere else answering for the Federal Way clinic calls and these other locations can only put in/send out notes to the doctors or staff. This location does not have any sort of communication whatsoever!!!
