Got referred to Steve Hoang by my brother. Can't say enough great things about Steve. He made home buying experience as easy and smoothly as possible. Very well organized and stayed on top of everything. Couldn't have done it without him.

Steve was by far the most thorough, detailed and upfront realtor I've had! He was there throughout the entire buying process and made sure everything was taken care of. I almost hate to give Steve Hoang 5 stars, because it may seem unbelievable to people that he is getting so many 5 star reviews, but the reviews are all accurate! My experience working with Steve has been nothing short of amazing. He has worked with my wife and me personally through our first home buying experience, and has made the process simple, understandable, and painless as possible. Steve is professional, punctual, thorough, and just plain great at his job. He was able to negotiate our buying price down $50,000 off of the original asking price. Steve has also kept in touch after the purchase to make sure of our continued satisfaction with our new home. 5 stars!

Without a doubt a real estate agent of choice if you want to purchase a home and especially if you are a first-time buyer. Steve is honest, professional, methodical, dependable, to the point and very, very patience! Hands down the most honest, upfront, and keep knowledgeable realtor you could ever work with in Orange County. Steve put us in our dream house with instant equity after running comps and showing us how the price of our home compared to others in the neighborhood. The result was getting the house we wanted for a steal! When it came time to play hardball with other buyers Steve knew how to compel the sellers to go with us as it would have been a feeding frenzy on this home had we not acted swiftly and decisively. I would have given 5 stars but I want to leave room for improvement which there are only minor. These things are just keeping a new homeowner in the know about each step and explain steps that may seem obvious to him. There were times I felt I didn't fully understand a process or procedure but that is because we went fast and furious to close on our home and Steve knew exactly how to get us there. There was a teaching opportunity as well that I feel Steve could improve on. But one thing I was sure of was that he would put the buyer in the best situation possible which he did for us. If I buy another home Steve will be my realtor once again in a heartbeat!
