Dr Henrichs was very professional and caring. Even called me the evening after my trip to the ER to check up on my progress and my reaction to my meds. I was very impressed with his dedication to his profession. Great bed side manner and took the time to explain all the tests that he was having done as well as the results of each.

My sister got put in emergency care and received a $4000 bill from the hospital and was not notified that she would be billed by the doctor as well. She received a $900 bill from the doctor when he never actually treated her in any way or saw her at all during her visit. Now I understand this is not completely the doctors fault as the US medical system is terrible. But she was never notified that she would be billed again and the doctor sent the bill TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Now a debt collector has contacted her and this is the first time she is hearing of the bill and it is probably gonna hurt her credit. Your goal was to help your patient not hurt her. At least learn to communicate so you don't negatively impact your patient.
