There is no visit no appointments available for months out. Yet they threaten not to refill your blood pressure medication until the doctor sees you. I was referred to urgent care.

Unfortunately we did not get to see Dr Hallick for the appointment that was scheduled three months ago (not the first time) She was out of the office and her staff had apparently tried to call my mother several times but the "work from two different computer systems" and had the incorrect number in one. Very indifferent to the fact that her appointment time was the only time that would work for them, suggested I take another day off from work to bring her in. Have to repeatedly fill out same paperwork every time we go in. Dr Hallick is very nice however that's not why we go. We need a doctor who is there for my mother consistently. She takes medication on a regular basis and the nurses comment was if we couldn't make the next appointment they had she would not get her meds!!! Defiantly looking for a new Doctor with a much better office staff. I have never seen a more inept office staff in my life.

Dr Laura Hallak has been my doctor less than a year but I am so glad I switched over to her for my general practitioner. She takes time to listen and is thorough when investigating possible causes for health issues.
