List of Arlo Miller's Reviews
Dr. Miller himself, his medical tech staff (ie, the person in the room with you, the aesthetician) are all wonderful. They are patient, kind, and easy to interact with. Dr. Miller does an excellent job of explaining things to you and does not pressure you to get things done. He is realistic and gentle as well. I would highly recommend HIM and his medical staff. I would not say the same for his front desk staff. You wouldn't be going there for the front desk care anyway, just treat them as rude as they treat you- in person and on the phone.
Today was a very special day of celebration for our friend Tom. He made reservations for 18 of his friends for 12pm over a week ago.We arrived @ 11:45 & they hadn't even gotten our group ready to be seated? After 1/2hr they finally were now ready to seat all of us.They took us to individual booth's where they were going to separate us when this day was celebrating Tom & his awesome accomplishments...Further down from the booth's was a room that can seat 50.The hostess in front told Tom that there would be a $500 deposit⁉Of course we left 13 Coin's & enjoyed a wonderful menu @ Joey 's Restaurant and we all sat together...
Physician with impeccable credentials. Excellent staff. Very well run office. A solid 5!
Annual skin check and more! Top notch
Unless you want to have this clinic keep your credit card on file and take on the risk of a security breach, I would recommend going to another dermatology clinic. As a new patient at check in I was told to give my credit card and when I asked "for what reason", all they could come up with is that if they aren't paid by my insurance in 14 days then they would charge my card! This clinic is basically trying to get their money up front before any insurance time lag and if there were to be a dispute in fees, good luck they have your money! With all of the security breaches lately (Target, Marriott, Saks to name a few) why would any consumer give their credit card to a Dr office for the sole greed of Miller Dermatology to get paid first and fast! There are tons of Dermatologists who don't operate this way, be an advocate for your financial well being and find another clinic!!
Dr. Miller takes plenty of time to listen but not to chat, which is fine. This is probably the most efficient doctor’s office taking into account the patient’s and medical personnel’s time that I have ever encountered. Dr. Miller’s credentials are impressive.
only got a few minutes with dr. miller. the majority of my time with someone else. office ran smoothly frontbdesk people nice and all on time.
There was a time the front office was run by unqualified young girls. Things have improved vastly since then. Dr. Miller always provides good service, but the office was a mess and that's happily been fixed.
I was very nervous, but Dr. Miller took time to explain things to me and go over it again when I didn't understand. His staff was so kind and patient with me, I was very nervous during the surgery but they were very kind and took time to explain the steps that they were doing. A few days after the surgery, I had a lot of swelling and my eyes were sensitive to light. I called the office and they got back to me with some ideas to help bring the swelling down. The whole ...
very positive and professional, there is no cure for chronic conditions unfortunately

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
