I have no problem with the care I received from Rebecca. I do have a problem with how long I had to wait on the day of my appointment. When I scheduled the appointment I was told it was a short appointment, less than 15 minutes (I was having stitches removed). I had a 2:30 pm appointment. When I got there I was told that Rebecca was running 15-minutes behind. I understand that delays can happen and I was ok with that. At 2:55 pm I was still in the waiting room. I asked again how much longer it would be and was not given a definitive answer. I was finally taken back to the treatment room at 3:35 pm and was told that Rebecca would be there within 5 minutes. Rebecca came in at 3:55 pm and said she had been with another patient. My stitches were removed and my appointment was over in 7 minutes. My complaint is having to wait 1.5 hours for what I was told would be a “short” appointment. While I was waiting in the reception area it would have been nice to have had been kept apprised of the delay. I could have gone back to work (10 mins away) and come back at 4 pm when the office was actually ready to see me. An hour and a half delay is not acceptable.

I get great care here. Dr Lee is simply the best! I was full of trepidation going into surgery last summer, worried about how this cancer on my nose might ruin my nose. But I need not have worried. Dr Lee worked magic. The results have come along so much better than I ever expected! You would absolutely never guess I have had any surgery there at all. Dr Lee is an artist with a scalpel!

Wonderful experience. My daughter saw Dr Knipe, she was extremely anxious and he was patient and reassured her. He was extremely professional and did not rush her procedure. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Villari was very personable, knowledgeable, made my teenage daughter comfortable especially with the overwhelming information and most importantly the news about her surgery that she should get which she agreed to ;which if any 13 year old parent knows is literally impossible. Probably because he was honest and to the point but with ease and had the right touch. Thank you Dr. Villari.
