Very friendly and professional, I would recommend

The front office staff here wouldn’t allow my in-laws to have their appointment after being 8 minutes late. This is ridiculous, traffic exists in the world and people are late sometimes. In every situation going to a medical facility for treatment there should be some grace. Grace is entirely what this front office is lacking,

Great staff, very friendly, on time and everything explained nicely. My only complaint is all the reminder notices for the appointment, 3 texts really !

This clinic is really a sham. When I made an appointment first for the skin check, they gave me a nurse which has nothing to do with the area I consulted with but they charged big time. Second appointment they gave me another technician and did not give the service I wanted then later on bills keep coming after I paid. Then I called the office to pay, they do not have anybody in the office(they transferred me to the billing department which always have only voice mail). When I called again the receptionists said that was wrong number. One particular front desk named Petra is extremely bad and rude. Not sure about her age and maybe some high school drop out type. First she said the wrong phone number then second call she said they do not do skin service when I just redialled then third time it went thru and I run the credit card number with her and she said it could not go through; the fourth time she basically picked up and hang. She did not realize I am just living close by so I drove over to talk. When I said hello both of us realized who we are to each other and she called a number and said, "Somebody here is for you." That is her boss. She knows she is in deep trouble. This is as close as non professional for anybody doing any front desk/phone service. I do not know how they can hire such person to do anything for them. During next thirty minutes I talked with her boss, there was nobody ever coming into the clinic for any service so the way "we are super busy today" seemed not standing as a good excuse. Be aware this is a fake service and do not get trapped and all they want is your money and keeps billing you for the service they did not give you. It is really bad. Oh I forgot. They prescribed me some cream and I went to Walgreen to get it and spent 130 dollars. That cream did not do much work and later on when I checked amazon, it was only 15 dollars and had 1 star review from thousands of customers feedback. What a joke! If you check the office, all their employees are the front desk people and seems no medical people are doing anything. And their billing people always on vacation so you can not really check the bills for what they really did for you. This small business should not exist and they should get negative star for their service if any.

Great service, Dr Michalak did a great job

Initially had a good experience here, but encountered incredibly unprofessional office staff. When I said our family planned to find a new dermatologist, the person on the phone said, "good - that's what you deserve" and hung up the phone.

Dr. Michalak is exceptional. Unfortunately, a medical practice such as his is only as good as the collective staff. From starting appointments 45 minutes late to calling the day of an appointment to advise that they do not have all the products perform all services. When asked when can they reschedule so all services can be performed in one day, his staff's response is "I don't know, I'm not the scheduler'. Dr. Michalak is a five star worthy doctor, however, the majority of his staff is a solid zero.
