I'm 74 years old, so I've been around long enough to know a great and caring Dr when I meet one. Dr Kauffman is one of the top two GP's that I've ever had in my life...listens intently, gives honest information/feedback, and is just overall a authentic and sweet person. I am so glad that I have her to care for me...I trust her implicitly.

Dr. Kauffman has been my primary care physician off and on for almost 8 years now (the only time I changed is because my insurance changed and she was out of network). She truly listens and cares. She remembers you and you never feel like she's in a rush. Always answers my millions of questions and I've always felt quite comfortable talking to her. The staff is very prompt and responsive to emails and its nice being able to use the mychart online to schedule appointments or email Dr Kauffman. I highly recommend Dr Kauffman, couldn't ask for a better PCP.

She's the absolute best. Always listens to your concerns, answers all your questions. Very prompt and responsive to emails via mychart and scheduling appointments is pretty easy to do online as a re-occurring patient of hers. Highly recommend.

You cannot make an appointment to see her. She cancelled our children's appointments because she did not want to do them back to back after waiting three months to see her. She has no slots for same day urgent care appointments and we were told to see an urgent care clinic for small matters. I did not want my children seeing a new doctor for every small ailment. The appointments are so far out not worth the trouble.

Dr. Kauffman is amazing! Very personable and doesn't give off that doctor feel. It feels like I am talking to a normal person, which makes it easier for me to explain my concerns and understand what she recommends. It is a very comfortable experience
