Yesterday, I had my annual Wellness exam with Dr.Akinsanya. He is a caring, sensitive, knowledgeable physician concerned about his patients as people. When we moved here six years ago, we immediately searched for a new primary utilizing two other health systems. Dissatisfied with those other physicians, we are very thankful to have found Dr. Akinsanya and other Overlake physicians. Dr. Akinsanya did a physical exam in addition to adhering to the wellness criteria, which we feel is an important diagnostic tool. He also advises, though allows patients to make their own decisions. I feel very fortunate to have him as our primary physician and the staff at Overlake are wonderful.

The front desk person was helpful and pleasant. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My wait time was acceptable. Dr Joshi’s nurse was friendly and efficient. My wait time for the doctor was a bit long.

I’ve been going to this clinic for the past four years and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Kverlake in Issaquah. They’re always super friendly and welcoming, but more importantly they’re always ON IT! whenever I have a concern and I reach out to them via MyChart they are always quick to get back to me, and if something comes up that needs to be addressed sooner than later, they have always been quick and able to accommodate me. Doctor Le and Dr. Akinsanya have always been great doctors that truly hear my concerns and try to address them, but special kudos to their staff! They’re the best! If they say they’re gonna do something, they do it, and they do it quickly. I love that they’re always there if I need them! Definitely recommend them if you live in this area.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic especially. I m a overlake client for more than 2 years. And I love them but I hate this particular clinic. I came to this hospital for 5 times for the same issue.

I had a very bad experience with Tara Nair and don’t recommend this medical center. I had to wait more than four weeks and sent a complaint to get an unprofessional comment on my blood work. I never got any follow up regarding the complaint I submitted. They don’t care about patients.
