Dr. Burlingame is great. His nurse is a little rough with my baby considering that he’s a newborn. This is my personal opinion but it’s been my experience on more than one occasion. I wish another qualified person could be in the room ... just to see if maybe she could benefit from a little more training. I have seen other Doctors at this clinic . They all have been great as well as the other nurses that assist them. I highly recommend this location.

They always get me in quickly and I’ve hardly had to wait In the waiting room. They’re on top of follow ups and what to expect at appointments. I always feel comfortable asking questions. Christy Mitchell and her MA have been wonderful with my 3 kids.

Hands down the best pediatrician we have used, Swedish Pediatrics - Meadow Creek. Every doctor there is friendly and knowledgeable. Same day appointments are almost always available. Open on Saturdays for urgent needs. The entire staff is great! We never feel rushed or hurried out of our appointment. We have referred several of our friends here and they are also very happy.My fav docs are Dr. Traci Hiegel and NP Jenna Rooney, but they are all amazing!

The people in front have the most snobby attitudes ever. They don’t belong in a pediatric setting at all. Especially Betsy, she makes the most annoyed faces at me, as if I need to get it together. I am more together than a lot of moms so I can’t imagine how she treats those that are actually struggling. I like Dr Longo. I wouldn’t say she’s the best pediatrician I’ve ever seen.

The doctors and nurses here are 5 stars but only three star rating because the front desk receptionists aren’t friendly at all. The front desk workers aren’t happy and they seem to not like their job. When I call them over the phone they don’t seem happy either..It’s one of the reasons why I don’t come here as often unless my child is really sick. Don’t want to deal with the front people. This is not a fake review either.

Kristy Mitchell is wonderful. This office is easy to get an appointment with and I haven't had to wait long in the waiting room. They seem to value sanitation, which is important to me, the toys and books are regularly being cleaned and I've heard/seen staff members taking other measures to ensure germs are contained during flu season.

Great staff. We love working with Dr. Heigel.I did wish that they have an after hours nurse line - if they do, I wish it was one of the options when calling in after hours.
