Clean - well organized campus with beautiful architecture and art. Friendly employees throughout (giftstore, Starbucks). I'm from the South where everyone waves, says hello in passing or smiles in greeting to complete strangers. Issaquahs campus epitomizes same with warmth and security. The Heart and Vascular team are friendly and efficient - only drawback is delayed testing for pertinent issues.

They let a group of 5 of us come in to spend some precious time with our uncle who is on comfort care. While we were there, the staffs were very accommodating, provided support and guidance as if we were their family. The campus is modern, equipped, beautiful, serene and surrounded by changing color leaves and winding walking trails. Autumn is the season of letting go, and while it's hard to do so, the medical team here has done so much to help alleviate our stress and pain.

I think this location is great. It is never super busy and there is tons and tons of great parking.

Waiting time is way too long. 1-2 hours each time I come. Lab Techs sitting around talking. No one telling patients about wait expectations. Receptionist stressed both times I’ve been here.

Don't go to Swedish. Unreasonable billing from multiple sources who does bill for the services which was not actually provided. No way to dispute anything and get reasonable explanation. Worst medical experience i had.

Goes through the motion but does not actually check whether or not you have symptoms on the chart. temperatures are not taken and we are not diligent about every single person walking through the door getting hands sanitized.Looks like they're just doing things to make people happy not to actually keep people safe.

The emergency room didn't charge my insurance and then sent the bill to collections without informing me.
