Came off as rude, inattentive, rushed thru appt in 5min. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor .

I love Dr. Nair. Find her warm and compassionate. Takes the extra time. When Dr. Sigrid "Siggie" Barnickel was leaving I asked her to recommend someone in the clinic for me. She recommended Dr. Nair. So glad she did!

Dr. Nair was unfriendly and rarely made eye contact. She had her face down in the computer typing the entire time and answered questions with one or two word responses. My presence seemed like an inconvenience. I felt upset when I left her office.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nair for almost a year now. She is very pleasant & gives good suggestions. I went back to meet her today as well and she was very kind. I am happy having her as my GP.

I have been seeing Dr. Nair for over a year and she is always attentive, helpful, and takes the time to listen to me. Highly recommended

Awful experience. I was asked to take tests prior to even meeting the doctor and having her understand my symptoms/problem. She was annoyed to have to explain reasoning for these tests. She failed to listen to or care about my symptoms and showed no interest in actually understanding my problem. She simply wanted me to take pointless tests without any question. She exhibited no characteristics that anyone wants in a doctor. Talked to her for 10m max which ended with her just leaving the room. Huge waste of a $20 co-pay. I got no answers, no course of action suggested by her, was talked down to, and only felt her annoyance at having to interact with me.

Having Dr. Nair as our family Dr was the best choice I could have made. She honestly cares. She listens. She takes her time to really help you and find out whats going on!

Terrible doctor that shows no compassion or care. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to a mudslide that re-routed me, and she refused to see me, even though I called to let them know I would be late and they said to come. I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby for them to ultimately tell me the doctor was continuing to refuse to see me even though she knew I was there to go over abnormal bloodwork. She didn't care. The clinic was nearly empty, it was not busy at all. Terrible service, would NEVER go to her again.

I have been going to see Dr. Nair for more than a year now. Dr. Nair strikes me as a competent, responsive general practitioner. However, she is often absent, and my appointment has gotten canceled at the last minute more than once. This is a real problem because the "care team" you get to leave a message for at Overlake is astoundingly inefficient, starting from the endless phone loop, the nurse who fails to leave a detailed message, thus forcing you to call back again (back to the loop).
