Excellent doctor! He genuinely cared about what I was explaining to him. He took his time to listen thoroughly and come up with a plan of treatment. I never felt rushed! He is very knowledgeable! He is patient and kind. I have had a long history of ear problems so am kind of jumpy whenever someone touches my ears. He told me step by step what he was while he was doing it. Great bedside manner!

Dr. Duong was so caring and focused. He took his time and also took action quickly to help me feel better. His nurse Hamd, apologies for possibly spelling her name incorrectly, was amazing. She was very on top of things and had excellent follow through. Fantastic care!
