I worked with Cynthia Rainey for a few months on some issues with my hips and back. She was amazing, and I really felt like I was partnering with her to get my mobility back and be in less pain. This was my first experience with physical therapy, and everyone was so patient with me and explained things in a way I could understand. Thank you, everyone at LWPT! If I need PT again, I will absolutely come back!

I am so glad my doctor referred me to Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Kenmore and to Cynthia Rainey in particular. She is so knowledgeable and caring, and really looks at what you need to do to recover/improve. And I now have the tools and knowledge to keep myself going and pain free.

I was on a ladder lifting a piece of wood awkwardly while twisting and I felt a slip in my lower back. Over the next several hours my back seized up so it was too painful to bend in any direction. Luckily, I was able make an appointment the following day with Cynthia who calmed my fears (I didn't need surgery after all) and gave me a plan to work back to mobility and then to strength. She's very professional and helped me realize where my weaknesses and tightnesses are. The back, being so central, contributes to and is controlled by so many different muscles and muscle groups (including breathing which I had never before thought). Her advice is helping me transform my mobility to avoid difficult and expensive interventions in the future. Highly recommend her and the whole team.

I have worked with Joe Midgett for the past four months regarding post-hip surgery replacement and it has been a great experience in which, through hard work, a solid recovery plan and Joe's positive encouragement, I have achieved near 100%use and shall leave LWPT with a solid plan to continue maintaining the level of recovery we have worked so hard to accomplish.
