Love this office! I was referred by my optometrist to this office for a chemical burn to my retina. The dr and tech took amazing care of me.

Dr. Sung is a dedicated person. He has helped me through my eye disease, calling me late at night, helped refer me to another surgeon as his team was unavailable. Dr. Sung is a kind man and his right hand person Maria is highly skilled as well. They answered all of my questions pre-op and post-op. All of his front end staff were pleasant and professional. I would refer this office to my friends and relatives.

As an RN, I have attended visits to Retina Laser Eye Center with 2 different patients. I cannot say enough kind Things about Dr Sung, DR Phan and their staff. They have been knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and caring. Thank you, to each of you!

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. Please stay away from this office and doctor if you want to keep your vision and eye health. Poor customer service, horrible follow up, doctor's fix to everything is a shot in the eye 99.9% of the time.

I am thankful for Dr. Sung for many reasons. He has helped preserve my vision, at least what is left of it after many years of poorly controlled diabetes. I always look forward to coming into the office and seeing Dr. Sung and the staff. The front desk if very welcoming, the assistants are pleasant and Dr. Sung always makes me feel like an important guest.

Dr. Sung is very dedicated to his patients. He is always available, constantly on call regardless of the day or time. Dr. Sung has been a blessing and is highly recommended.

This place is an absolute joke, the only reason they are still in business is because there is a lack of options in the tri cities. My wife had a 2:50 appointment and it took them over two hours to even get her back into room, then she has to wait for over an hour in the room. Don't waste your time on this place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sung’s for 12 years. He has successfully performed 2 surgeries and countless eye injections. He has always been very professional and knowledgeable about my eye condition. Clinic wait time has improved but if there is an emergency Dr. Sung needs to attend to, you may have a longer wait time or can reschedule. This has only happened to me twice in 12 years! I have recommended Dr. Sung to friends and family and will continue to do so.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Sung for close to thirty years. Dr. Sung has always treated us both with dignity and respect. Dr. Sung has used his expertise to save my husband's vision several times, including on emergencies.
