Staff were responsive and friendly, got through the paperwork easily and quickly. Interview with staff nurse was smooth and informative. Dr. Merrell was warm, friendly but professional and focused. Discussed issues and history and developed a path forward. Felt comfortable and relaxed during the visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Visit was on time. The options for treatment were clear and left for me to decide upon. Dr Merrell was helpful and to the point. I appreciated his explanations on the treatment approaches. A good fella.

I have always found the best Doctors and was not disappointed with Dr. Merrill. I came to Dr Merrill with both shoulders and my left knee injured. End results were both shoulders and left knee were replaced and I'm doing very well, I highly recommend Dr. Merrill and his staff an awesome group!

Since it was my first knee replacement, I don’t have a lot of experience. But everything seem to be handled well and professional. It’s been five weeks ago since I had my surgery and last night I went golfing for the first time. 👍

Dr Merrell was fast and to the point. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend. If you want to sit around and chat Dr Merrell might not be your cup of tea, he assesses quickly and doesn’t stick around for small talk. This may have been a busy day for him but I was pleased by how fast this check in and check out was.

After being seen by another prominent orthopedic organization in the TriCities that provided poor service, a friend referred me to TCO and recommended Dr. Merrell. I am so happy I requested a second opinion referral from my primary care physician. I found all of the staff at TCO professional, respectful, helpful and kind. Dr. Merrell took his time to examine and explain my options. I highly recommend Dr. Merrell and the TCO Team.

I have used Tri-City orthopedic for several surgeries. The staff, from the nurses, to the receptionists, to the doctors have been amazing. Dr. Merrell did my last knee surgery and I have been very pleased with the care That was taking before, during, and afterwards. I would highly recommend.
