Poor in customer satisfaction, they require you with money right away, and the tests they might require you multiple times ,for the money of course. multiple visits is equal to more money income for company. more tests more cash of course.

I have had several appointments with Karen Krikorian at the Kent location. She is insightful, easy to talk to, and understanding. I feel like she is determined to figure out my medication combinations. She also has other suggestions that may help with my diagnosis. There is no pressure and she is very patient. My experience with Karen Krikorian was much better than I expected based on my prior interactions with psychiatrists from other organizations. She was efficient and sympathetic while working with me to find alternative medicines for my condition.

I was referred to Associated Behavioral Health CareNot really knowing what I was walking into I was a bit hesitant to say the least !Upon arrival I was greeted with smiling eyes and knowledgeable professionalsthe office was clean ,with multiple precautions for Covid 19 , taken for patients and staff .I Highly recommend there services and expertise !

I understand cancelations happen and things come up. I am a very patient and understanding person. I was canceled on 4 times and pushed back several weeks each time. My first appointment was canceled twice, then I got an appointment, then my second appointment was canceled and I got in two weeks later. My third appointment scheduled for last week was also canceled. This last time I was canceled on it was less than 3 hours until my appointment. I drive over an hour to get to them and have 2 children I have to secure childcare for while I am gone. I can't continue with such an unreliable situation. In the 4 months since I was originally scheduled I have managed to be seen only twice. This is making my anxiety worse, not helping. I have now canceled all further appointments.

First of all I love the staff. They are so nice and friendly that they make you love being there. And the treatment, it is very helpful that you start seeing yourself in a new way. Makes you do things better. Being there is one of the most good experiences i've ever had.

I look forward to coming in on Wednesdays, and though, these sessions were court-ordered, I have found them insightful. It makes me feel less bad knowing there are others with similar experiences and struggles, whether fueled by genetics or not.I appreciate the genuine interest in helping me (and others). I can only speak for my experience.
