They need to get a new front desk person!!! really unprofessional and rude. the women there (laticia) doesn't listen to you and talks back. when im so frustrated cause i've been trying to schedule for over a month now. it wouldn't bother me if she was nice as others places front desk. but supper rude and arrogent lady doesn't give right direction on what to do and blames it on you. worst client service i've ever experienced in my life.

Horrible care. Shana Whittney has no regard for clients under her care. Closes cases without properly informing clients... cancels ALL of their medication with no reason or cause Supervisor Sarah Falkowitz asked "what do you want me to do?" When we tried to have an urgent situation fixed. We were told that "it's 4 oclock... we are too busy to deal with this" Never go here.

Canceled all medication without acknowledgement. Incredibly rude and practices here can cause a real physical danger to patients. Go anywhere else possible.

I was told they have a walkin on Monday. Admin makes me fill out paperwork hangs on to my DL and insurance the whole time. Tells me we don’t do walking on Monday but I have you scheduled next week 10am. If we have opening during the week, we will call you. Well, no call. I show up at my scheduled time, she can’t find my file, she can’t find me in the system. Instead of apologizing she says come back next week, your provider called in sick??? Really? I don’t believe her and she is rude!!! I can not receive care from a place that is incompetent to make an appointment and so stupid to acknowledge their mistakes. No thank you!!

They kept losing my paperwork and somehow lost my e signatures. I called yesterday and was asked information I gave on day 1 and even had me spell it all out and the receptionist snapped at me today saying that it was because "she needed my physical hand writing" I've never heard of someone needing a physical sticky note for someone's contact information. Just admit you lost it again. And then I was given discharge papers saying I missed more meetings than I actually did due to their lack of communication over the holidays where they accidentally scheduled me twice and said "just call next business day to change it". Not to mention they NEVER ONCE respected that I WORK AS WELL. they said they would work with my schedule but kept calling me during my work hours. Thank you for the direction but this place was more of a mistake than it helped. Just stressed me out horribly and triggered my PTSD. They make it hard to be patient with the woman in there snapping at you when they make mistakes and I felt judged at some point I didn't like the tone I received during a session. Also had a bias experience where I was being grouped with a type and I did not like it.. seemed very out of touch and just taking step backwards so I will be seeking help somewhere more organized and less narrow minded.

Will update when I get more information/experience: Front desk women was extremely rude, I called in about getting set up as a new patient, I told her my insurance information (just the name as thats all she asked for). Without skipping a beat she informs me that I need to come in to pick up paperwork to fill out paper work, return it and wait to get called to hear if they accept my insurance. I asked if they could email it to me or if the document was made available online. She said no rudely, that I needed to come pick up the sheet and go home with it. I asked if the hours of operation was still 6pm. She said no and gave me a different hours of operation- Which is different from what google and website says. Im not if sure she’s lying to avoid visitors coming at the last hour before closing or if the hours changed-If so it needs to updated online. Her attitude was so aggressive and off putting. It was like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as she could. She didn’t even said bye or thank You for calling just hung up on me. If they require patients to fill out proper work before being seen it needs to be accessible to Retrieve for patients. Not everyone has the time or resources to get down there just to pick up a piece of paper, go home, go back to return. So far a red flag. I may call around to see if I can get better service. Which would be unfortunate as they’re close to where I live but the experience from the receptionist was just unprofessional and rude

My 5 year old grandson is seen here. The front desk people are very hard to understand. The counselor has him go to the restroom by himself without checking the restroom first. Then she doesn't even stand close to the restroom waiting for him. My daughter Rachel Suzor is not even able to stay in the counselors session when her son James Glen is getting counseled. Very unprofessional place. I find it very unsatisfactory that a parent is not allowed in a room with a 5 year old getting counseled. Counselor can be putting weird things in a 5 year olds head and who would know if the parents are not allowed in the room. Appointments are so hard to make there. If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandson is now 6 and the counselor has not helped him at all. Waste of time and money having a counselor say a child is not suppose to help out in the home doing chores even at 6. Responsibility is taught when given chores. I guess she wants a 6 year old baby. I pray my daughter gets him out of that negative atmosphere of SeaMar! How do these counselors even get degrees??

I'd recommend Therapeutic Health Services or the YMCA social Center if you're looking for therapy or medication management over Sea Mar Behavioral Health. Scheduling is more difficult here than other places, and the general feel is very clinical and impersonal. Employees seem to just want to do their 9 to 5 and go home, but don't take into consideration that they're providing services for vulnerable people, and that both professionalism and empathy matter, even if a client is low income.

front desk receptionist is impolite. I was supposed to have an appointment but didn't receive an email or phone call the morning of and in an attempt to reschedule the impression I was left with was that this place is not particularly caring or professional.
