Brittney went above and beyond advocating for me so I could get in to begin physical therapy for my L&I claim as soon as possible. Maya is absolutely caring, listens to what you are actually saying, wants your feedback in regards to what you want out of your therapy. Allows you to be part of your treatment program. I definetly recommend Therapeutic associates. Very friendly, caring, kind and empathetic to your situation! 😊

The staff are so content and helpful. I was seen by Leah years ago at the Fairwood site and then I came back in again for a motor vehicle accident. Leah and her staff are so helpful and compassionate. Leah knew exactly what I needed to heal. I love and respect and appreciate all that they do.

Therapeutic Associates Fairwood Physical Therapy is a great place and was specifically referred to me by my knee replacement surgeon. There are several places convenient to Valley Medical but this is the provider my surgeon prefers, and now I know why. My physical therapist, Maya, pays detailed attention to me and spends the time needed to make sure I understand everything and that I'm doing everything needed to keep me progressing. It's not just the good knowledge and expertise in performing the therapy, it's also that you can tell she cares about the patient and their needs and progress. You can't go wrong choosing this place.

Thank you to everyone on the team who helped me get back on my feet. It truly felt like an impossible task to walk again post knee surgery. Every single person on the team was caring and patient with me. I tend to be very busy with my work and had limited time to do exercises but they were able to create great exercise plans. I have recently had knee replacement surgery and Therapeutic Associates Fairwood Physical Therapy (in Kent), in particular Leah, has done an excellent job in helping me with my rehab. They have been professional and easy to work with. Each time I go in they check my progress and determine how my rehab plan needs to be changed or kept the same to get the best results for my knee. They take the time to explain each exercise and make sure I know how to do them correctly to get the most benefit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any rehab needs.
