They saved my father's life, and I can't thank them enough
Office manager extreme rude.
Do not use this facility specifically "Kent" they are not interested in actually helping people in crisis! They lied about circumstances to release our "gravelly ill" loved one against their medical advice & being detained by DCR his court date was the following day! There was many other options for them to use but refused! Our loved one is now lost out on the streets again! Shame on them
This facility blatantly lied to use about our family members situation at their facility! Blamed the hospital for doing a discharge and not a transfer lie #1…hospital and DCR did everything right Valley City dropped the ball on a gravely disabled person. And released him against their Medical advise! There where several other things that could have been done other than immediately trying to send him back to the hospital they should have #1 gotten extension to get them to court the next day DCR (regardless of the continuance ) hold until he got to court set for the very next day! What we were left with was our family member out on the streets for 8 days before we found him! Having to start the process over again if you know anything about the system it’s nearly impossible! Valley City you did not do your job! You put our family member in harms way! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS FACILITY
The staff at Valley Cities in Kent, that worked with my family member, are absolutely amazing human beings. The Doctor listened to his concerns, respectfully addressed them - without passing judgement and made him feel like he is a whole person, again. Jeromy, Akeeli, Tami and Teri, not only inspired and encouraged my family member, but they went above and beyond what I expected. I could not let their hard work, support to family members and dedication to helping their clients go unnoticed. Thank you, Valley Cities! The journey may not end right here but because of your care, concern and treatment - our faith has gained strength and my heart has received the much needed fuel that is necessary to keep going. Thank you for allowing God to use your passion and purpose to inspire Hope. You are appreciated! #Istillbelieveinmiracles
Hell on earth. 0/10. Don’t send anyone here.
Been on a “waiting list” since October and offered no other solutions or answers after having crisis counseling in the past with them, I wonder how long until my mental health is important, because I’m falling apart daily.
Worst place ever been in the system and established grounds with many facilities. Hands down this place is TRASH
Do not come here or go to a different location. They truly don't care. When you come it, the people at the desk barley notice your their and they don't seem very welcoming. The counselors are not reliable and they always cancel on you and when there is a problem they always blame yourself for it. They also like stopping your meds and don't tell you why. You have to fine out when you try to refill them. They are only their for the money. I've been to other places before and they never tried me this horrible. I only started coming here because I changed insurance and this was the only place the covered.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR A DIFFERENT BRANCH. If I could I would give a 0 zero star to this branch. We waited over 30 minutes for the receptionist to let us know that our appt had to be rescheduled. I asked why and she could not even tell me. She had to get someone else from the "back" to let me know. A "psychiatrist" came out stating that there was a miscommunication with the Auburn clinic and that I should have never had an appt at their clinic. Whatever the reason was they should of communicated that information to us the patient before we showed up. First of all they had over 2 weeks to notify me, which they did not. Second I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and no one came out to let me know what was going on with my appt. Until I came up to the receptionist and asked twice about my sons appt. That's when I found out what was going on. Third my son was in the waiting room listening to our conversation regarding the appt and thanks to Their lack of communication and professionalism my sons symptoms got worse after we came out of there. My child was so worried it was something he had done and that's why Julia (psychiatrist)did not want to see him, When in reality someone in their clinic dropped the ball... Julia you should have at least talked to my son, that's the least you could of done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
