They don’t really discuss your care and I have tooth fragments stuck in my gum they can’t find them. They should warranty their work. I have to pay for every visit.

I had an emergency appointment, they got me an appointment within just a few hours. Although the dental team tried hard to treat the tooth, the infection was so bad that it was too sensitive to drill, even after 2 applications of novacain. Strong antibiotics were prescribed and I will be going back in a few more days when the infection is under control. But they were so nice about everything and truly didn’t want to cause me any pain.

From start to finish, all the employees have a great work ethic. I was greeted with kindness, treated with respect and made to feel as if I was the only patient for the day! Kudos to all the staff at Willamette Kent!

I’ve been to many dentist in my Life and this dental group is the best I will never change Dr. Shin and the entire staff is completely professional, courteous and very detailed. They don’t rush you they explain things they show you the x-rays and make sure you go home with a full understanding of what happened and what will be happening in the future thank you to a wonderful staff.
