Whenever I need an appointment or need to talk to someone, I’m in hold for an hour or more. Also agree with other reviewers about lacking bedside manner.

She is technically excellent and amazingly thorough. Her “bedside manner” needs work. I know she can grow into that… but she didn’t even say goodbye upon leaving my room at my appointment. She needs to understand that the soft skills also matter, and she needs coaching here. I think her heart is in the right place… might be a stress management issue.

I feel Dr. Ebersol listens and is thorough. She is easy to talk with. I have intestinal issues and haven't had them before. She re offended a bland diet, small sips of water every 15 minutes and tests. A CT scan may be a possibility but she wants to see what the tests show first. I like the methodical approach so far. I would return. I trust her.

Dr. Ebersol is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She is always sincere and makes it clear she genuinely cares about you. I recommend her for anyone who is looking for a doctor they can trust.

I’m not sure what happened with the other person that reviewed her. Maybe she has gained a lot of experience since then, but she is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. Currently trying to get my dad to switch to her for his PCP. She often gives me better advice than a specialist in a specific field. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor they can trust

She is the best PCP (primary care physician) I have ever had. I’m recommended my own father to come and see her because I trust her so much. She is wonderful and obviously cares about her patients.
