I have been on a list for an appointment for months, which was gonna be this Friday and they cancelled it because the doctor won't be in,maybe she's sick, which I understand, but when I called to reschedule they offered me an October date ,and I was in shock, they know I need this exam done fast and they have no care whatsoever and since it's the doctor who's rescheduling and not me,they should have got me back the following week.it's BS.These people have no work ethic and do not care for their patients.
Dr. Fry is highly competent, responsive, and a true active listener, the qualities you want and expect in a physician. I’ve sought her advice on two separate occasions and have been very pleased with her diagnoses and treatment recommendations. Thank you, Dr. Fry.
Scheduling appointments Difficult to get an appointment resulting in delays in improving my condition. Suffering with pain.
I absolutely adore and trust Dr. Fry. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her for medical treatment. I started seeing her after Dr. Santoro retired and was impressed from the very first meeting. I have had problems with my right shoulder (frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff) and she treated me every time with empathy and thorough diligence. Dr. Fry is knowledgeable, gentle and reasonable in her treatments. I always felt respected and hopeful in her care. She could keep me active and pain-free while trying to being a parent to a young child, working in my field as an artist and still involved in sports. I never lost quality of life and she knew that mattered a great deal. You will be in excellent hands with Dr. Fry!
I have been seeing Dr. Fry for many years. I am 54 years old and have osteoarthritis in my neck, shoulders, back and knees. She has been nothing but kind and helpful in dealing with my ailments, from prescribing medications, to injections, to ordering MRIs, Physical Therapy, etc. I always look forward to seeing her because i know pain relief is on the way, one way or another! The whole office staff, from the receptionists, to the assistants, are always very pleasant and courteous. I am very happy with Evergreen Health and Dr. Fry!
Delayed care Unable to respond to insurance issues in a timely manner, delaying care. Very difficult scheduling.
Dr. Fry is a very kind and understanding physiatrist. She listens to my concerns, askes pertinent questions and keeps me informed regarding ongoing diagnoses. She is very methodical and leaves no stone unturned. She is very personable and compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a physiatrist / sports medicine Dr.
Dr. Fry was incredibly warm and caring. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. We came up with a plan and I feel comfortable moving forward. I’m usually very anxious around new people bur immediately felt safe around her.
She’s very dismissive towards my treatment, she has down played my symptoms and got very defensive when I’ve asked to be referred to an orthopedic doctor. None of her treatments worked for me. She assumed that I was looking for time off from my job when I explained to her that I feel like I may have a pinched nerve and would like a second opinion because she wasn’t listening to me. She told me that there was nothing that she could do, even though my MRI showed a spot that could be a pinched nerve that was causing weakness/numbness/tingling in my arm. I didn’t want to be on pain medications because it could affect my job. I wanted to healed, not told that my pain was imaginary and downplayed by a so-called professional.
A caring attitude and a good listener! Diagnosed me in minutes , fairly remarkable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
