Brian L. Dial's Online Review Report Card

Over a period of 3 months, I started ihaving pain in my lower back that slowly became so bad I could hardly move without severe pain. I could not go up or down any stairs, bend over, and to pick anything up was out of the question. I was home bound I received a recommendation to see Doctor B. Dial, MD. He said I developed lower lumbar spondylolisthesis. I had never heard heard of such a thing.. However, it lined up with everything that was going on. After discussing all options, I chose surgery. I needed to get well as quickly as possible. Surgery was on March 28, and any pain before surgery was 100% gone. I could not belive it. I experienced a total healing from the surgery. I recomend Dr. Dial to anyone. His team are very upbeat, encouraging, takes the time to listen and make sure you understand all the answers. Emily Estabrook is great. Her and Dr. Dial gave me the the ability to do so many things I could not do before surgery. Healing takes time, but it is worth it. I have had three appointments with this guy. Each time I was left waiting in the waiting for anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. On each time, I had to press the front desk as to when I will be called in. The front desk went back each time to talk to his nurse to find out what was going on. Every time, they came back saying that his nurse said that he had been called on an emergency. I think that is an excuse for their incompetence. There was no apology for wasting so much of my time. Dr Dial and his staff are entirely inconsiderate.

Best surgeon ever! When I found out I need spine surgery, everyone said "don't do it!" and told me horror stories. Dr Dial fully explained the whole process and I had confidence in him. Surgery was life changing, I can walk and stand again. Thank you more than I can say Dr Dial!

Dr. Dial was empathetic, and I felt as though he was really listening to me and treating me as a human being. He gave me all the time I needed to understand the procedure and the possible outcomes, and I didn't feel pressured into making a decision to have the surgery at all. Members of Dr. Dial's staff are also helpful, kind, and they too have given me all the time I have needed. All those things wouldn't matter if Dr. Dial were not a talented surgeon, but of course, he is that as well. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the care Dr. Dial has given me.

Dr.Dial is a patient compassionate listener as well as a very skilled spine surgeon I was never rushed in his appointments and he’s pragmatic in advising on likely outcomes. And his office team are a delight to deal with. My constant pain over the past 7 years has gone …. I cannot thank Dr. Dial & co enough
