Chao-Ching Wu's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wu is an amazing doctor. She is kind, patient, and in-depth with her answers. The only problem is you’ll never be able to get in to see her. She books out 2 months (at least), and when you call to schedule an appointment you will wait 20 mins on hold, on average, to get through to someone just to book. Evergreen doesn’t care about you.

She is easy to talk to. Answers questions and explains things well.

Dr. Wu is wonderful. I'm so happy she's my PCP. She is very obviously a caring person and really wants the best for her patients. It has been a bit hard to get in to see her lately, but COVID times have stretched every doctor, so I don't hold this against her. I had a great appointment with her today and appreciate the great medical care and bedside manner that I get from her. I definitely give her 5 stars.

Dr. Wu is always attentive to details, never in a hurry to finish the appointment even if I'm her last patient of the day. She is calm and explains things so we can understand what she is talking about. She is awesome!

I've been seeing Dr. Wu since I was a small kid, so about 20 years now! She is the only doctor my mom and I will go to because she is REMARKABLE! The few times I have been forced to see other doctors have reminded me how spoiled we are to have such an amazing provider. Dr. Wu is patient, kind, understanding, open minded, caring, and incredibly smart. She is also reasonable and practical. Instead of pushing medications or tests on you, she starts a dialog about all of your options and the reasoning behind them. Instead of a blind diagnosis, she always takes your personal and family history into consideration. She takes her time with you and makes sure you understand things, and she will remember the conversation at your next visit. I always leave her office with peace of mind and a better understanding of my health.

I have worked in the medical field for many years and have had a few doctors since moving back and forth between central and the west area of WA. I have only had one visit with Dr Wu to establish care and she was so detailed about the info she was giving me. When I had questions she really took the time to make sure she understood and that I was understanding her reply. I know many providers care for their patients but personalities can get in the way and Dr Wu can totally set that aside and listen to the patient. Best provider that has cared for me so far! Huge thumbs up Dr. Wu!

My children have seen Dr Wu for 13 years. She has always been thorough, professional and invested in listening to patient/parent concerns. I have only the highest praise for her as a physician.

For the profit not the patient... not helpful at all, will not call you with lab results, have to call multiple times for followup. Refers you to multiple doctors instead of just helping you. Also only 15 min appointments, which is long enough to take blood pressure and temperature. Not worth your time or your co-pay as you will only end up frustrated with no answers or treatment.

Dr. Wu has been our family's primary care physician for nearly 20 years. We are thrilled to have such excellent care. She takes the time to listen and has a gentle and down to earth communication style. As a highly skilled healthcare provider I feel assured that when we need a referral to a specialist that she will send us to the best. I spent the first half of my life being terrified of medications and not following through with my doctors recommendations. Dr. Wu taught me how to trust her and work in partnership with her to facilitate my best healthcare outcomes. I always recommend her whenever anyone is searching for the best healthcare on the Eastside.She is the best and I just can't say enough good things about her!
