Dr. Burns is my Hero. I was in constant lower back pain for 2+ years. I had a procedure by Dr Burns the beginning of April... accepted this wouldn't fix for at least a month... had a week hiccup in early May. I feel great! I no longer have sleep apnea issues, and I spent weekend moving lots of boxes and lifting some extra heavy things. - I feel restored... I did donate my skates....truely grateful for you and worth every penny. Dr. Burns is my absolute Hero! God Bless you. He's at Evergreen Sport and Spine. Great personality and phenomenal practice! Thank you from the depths of my soul.

Unavailable I was scheduled to see Dr Burns for my first visit. I drove 1.5 hours- when I arrived, I was told that there was a “situation” and he was not available to see me. “They tried to call me”- I told the receptionist that they did not try to call! She said your scheduled to see the nurse practitioner- which I refused.I’m in a lot of pain and find it unacceptable- especially since he’s on the premises.

I have gotten exceptional care from dr burns and his staff

Dr. Burns is friendly, kind, gentle and skilled! My entire experience with each of his team members was seamless from the referral all the way through ending with the injection. It has been 3 months since by back injection and I still feel great. Thank you Dr. Burns and team for helping me!!

My husband consulted Dr Burns for back and foot pain. He waited 3 months to get an appointment. During the appointment, Dr Burns was in a big hurry, hardly spoke to my husband for 5 mins and just ordered a bunch of X-Rays and left. He got a call a week later from the office to tell him that the x-rays were normal and never heard from them again. There was no other follow up on his issue. We just got a ton of bills for the x-ray. Do not recommend this doctor, it was a complete waste of time and money consulting with him.

An absolute phenomenal experience with Dr. Burns and his awesome staff. I was treated with 2 nerve blocks then had an ablation (neurotomy). At each procedure the staff and doctor were quite knowledgeable, courteous, and answered every question. The procedures were done very professionally. Every staff member made me quite comfortable, very relaxed, and they were all pleasing and considerate. Detailed instructions were given to me prior and post. I was well informed of each procedure and their knowledge and experience put me at complete ease. I highly recommend Dr. Burns if you are seeking an answer to your back pain with a highly professional knowledgeable physiatrist. I would also like to add that I never had a problem scheduling. As a matter of fact, Daniel in the scheduling department was extremely helpful and always followed up and returned calls promptly.

Simply amazing relief of my pain ! The Doctor knows what he’s doing and you will enjoy the procedure; plus the Dr has a great bedside manner.

An Excellent and kind specialist!

Horriable administration staff.I tried over three weeks make an appointment with Dr.Burnes but his office told me they didn't received after 3 times faxing by my doctor.I tried talked with Jessica their unprofessional office manager but she didn't return my call & again today she doesn't want talk with me.I changed my mind to going to see this doctor and his horrible office.Dont waste your time like me.Go find another responsible doctor with better staff .
